I just finished reading your article on graders. I have been looking for some one in Kelowna BC Canada to grade these notes as I would like to know the value. I am very leary about having these notes left at a small hole in the wall where there is only one person and he is a very young kid of 30. I do have a little knowledge and personally the colored hair and spikes scared me off.
Is there a place where I could first of all trust (and I am not saying everyone is shady) , secondly have these notes graded properly and thirdly give me an estimate on their value.
These notes have not even seen the sunlight and have been in a safe for over 40 years.
I would appreciate any information
