I am an authorized dealer for a wholesale distributor's warehouse. All products are brand new, straight from the manufacturer. Upon receipt of payment, they are directly shipped to you, saving us both shipping costs. This allows me the ability to offer you the lowest price.
My feedback speaks for itself. I plan to keep it that way. A happy customer is a loyal, as well as a repeat customer. It isn't good business to sell bad merchandise.
ABOUT MY PRODUCTS
All my items carry warranties. I stand behind what I sell 100%, and so does the manufacturer. If, in any event, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me IMMEDIATELY, and I will make every effort to resolve any issues.
THE PROCESS: READ AT LEAST ONCE
1. You read the description, and familiarized yourself with my policies and process.
2. You ask any questions you may have or address any concerns. Shipping quotes can be requested at this time by sending the zip code of the destination address. Shipping cost is calculated based on destination zip code.
3. You check all shipping options for the price that's best for you. The lowest price is not always displayed.
4. You purchase the desired item or items, making sure to double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Note: P.O. boxes are only allowed with USPS Priority Mail.
5. You pay for the item or items promptly. For multiple item orders, combined shipping with discounts require an invoice to be requested. This is due to the fact that the unit weight on the listing is a single pre-packaged, ready to ship item. An invoice will be sent with the shipping calculated on items combined into one package. An 8.25% sales tax applies to all purchases shipped to Texas.
6. When payment has cleared, I process the order either online (UPS or USPS First Class) or by email (USPS Priority Mail). Note: Orders placed after 4:00pm C.S.T. on normal business days will be considered received the following business day. Stock is updated twice a day, morning and evening. In the rare event that an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, I will give you the option to wait for restock (if available), or to receive a full refund. No questions asked.
7. The item or items are shipped, except on weekends or major holidays. The tracking number is added to the order page. You will receive notification that your purchase has shipped. You can check on the status of your package via the order page.
8. The package is delivered. At this time it is your responsibility to inspect the packaging first. If the outer packaging is heavily damaged, do not accept it if that is the option. If the delivery does not require a signature, and your package is damaged, contact me immediately before opening it. If no damage is shown, inspect your item and insure its proper operation if applicable. Defects and/or damage occasionally occur, but can be replaced. If any issues arise, you must contact me within 14 days of receipt. If all is well, prepare to leave feedback.
Note: Feedback is extremely important for both a seller and a buyer. It is an exchange of opinions, and serves several functions. It informs the seller of your experience, be it good or bad, and furthers the seller's reputation. It is also a tool to inform potential buyers of a seller's performance, and allows them to make an informed decision to make a purchase. Feedback is to be left by the buyer only AFTER the transaction is complete.
9. The transaction is considered complete when the customer is either satisfied completely, has received a replacement, or has been refunded their money. All interactions with the seller should be taken into consideration. Was the seller attentive to your concerns or questions? Did the seller give you a good price? Was the seller polite? Did the seller make you feel like a valued customer? These are questions that should be asked before leaving feedback. You have 60 days from time of purchase to do so.
