) This Samsung PX2370 is the second refurbished monitor that I have bought from this vendor. What I like is the high quality OEM packaging and the as new appearance of their products. I have no doubt at this time that I will continue to purchase Samsung monitors from this vendor. My first one is two years old and has never given me anything short of excellent service. I can't speak to their customer service except to say that I have not needed any. They also offer very low cost extended warranties although I usually don't buy those. this is a good way to save some money and still get a reliable like new product.

) I bought the monitor for my brother who is slowly going blind. He needed something that had good resolution and a large screen. I also wanted LED to save on his power bill. He loves it because now he can use the internet again as long as he uses his glasses and magnifying glass to look at the screen.

Amazing picture! Great value for the refurbished ones.

Bought the PX2370 for my new gaming rig and it was worth every penny. The picture is stunning with a fast response time and great colors. Only complaints so far are the menu buttons take some getting used to, cant tilt the monitor down really, and it feels a little wobbly on its base which I guess isn't really an issue if you don't touch it.

) Overall, A great monitor, especially for gaming. Fast response time and great colors. If you're really into accurate color reproduction you might want to get an IPS panel, but for a TN panel, the PX2370 is very good. A bit of backlight leak, but that is to be expected with LED panels.

I almost spent $1,000 for the Apple Cinema Display and am SO glad I opted for the Samsung PX2370 instead! Amazing picture, sleek design looks great next to my Macbook Pro, and no annoying glare/reflection like my super glossy MBP screen. Would definitely recommend!!!
