) We bought one of these for my son a couple of years ago and it has survived everything a young boy could dish out. I bought this one for my daughter after buying childrens cameras that were supposed to be kid proof and broke very quickly. I know this camera will last and she loves it. It takes great pictures even does pretty good video. It really is waterproof and both of ours have been dropped repeatedly and they still work great.
