Olympus Stylus 720 SW 7.1 MP Digital Camera - Silver

I love this product. The camera works under water at high altitudes and can take one hell of a banging. I have owned a Olympus stylus 720 for about 4 years now, and it is my go too camera in the house. My wife and I own 2 Olympus point and shoots and a digital SLR. Of both of all of the cameras this is the one that I take with me when I am adventuring. The camera works very well in frigid temps and the camera works well in adverse weather conditions. Being waterproof is a huge bonus if you are ever a clutz like I have been at times. The other great component of this camera is you can abuse it a little bit. I have dropped mine climbing before about 25 feet and it still works just fine, however they recommend not dropping it at all it is rated at a 5 foot drop. The controls are very easy to use and the functions are easily learned. This is a great product and I recommend it to anyone

We purchased this camera new three years ago on a cruise. Instantly we were amazed by the snorkeling pictures we captured. My husband and I do a lot of salt water sports but on the other hand we also take precious photos of our children; this is the perfect family camera! The picture quality was so much better than my kodak with expensive lenses. There are so many settings, one of our favorite is "available light" which captures indoor scenes at a slower shutter speed without using the flash. Even in salt water, this camera has stood the test of time. Just recently we upgraded to the new Olympus for more megapixels, but honestly I'm not seeing the difference!

I have used this same type of camera at work for three years. The camera was bought new. After threes years of use and approx. 300,000 images taken, the camera was just like new with the exception of the battery ejector didn't work. I had to use my thumbnail to get the battery out. Everything else about this camera was great...

I borrowed a camera like this for a cruise. I was so impressed that I had to have one for myself. It is easy to use and takes great photos. The nice thing is that it is small and can be carried around in your shirt pocket. It takes great underwater photos also. I was so delighted in its quality of photos. I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants to snorkel and get great photos!

I love this camera. Love the fact that it takes bright pictures since I hate when the pictures are dark on other cameras. Great pictures underwater. I def. recommend it :)
