Best selling Modem-Router Combos

) I bought this router to replace a 2Wire 2701H-G in hopes that it would recognize my Sony Blue Ray player and provide a path for it to the internet. The player is PHYSICALLY connected to the router via one of the 4 ports on the router itself. Sadly, it will NOT "see" the player and provide the desired connection to the net. Emails to the Netgear people concerning this went (as of the time of this review) unanswered. In view of these findings I DO NOT recommend this router for attempting to connect particular peripheral devices to the internet even though it works OK for PC uses.

Needed a good wireless router to cover all rooms in the house. This one didn't work at all. Bought a Netgear Rangemax DG834N in place of it which works a treat.

) It works very well , my previous Belkin modem router was G rated , my internet speed was 2 Mb on a good day the NetGear has pushed it up to 6.8 . I had to have a little help setting it up .I am very happy with the result .

Purchased this router,as a replacement a lower rated Netgear router.
Found it easy to set up, functionality is excellent, range is as expected and has improved performance of my wifi network considerably.
This was a Netgear Reconditioned product and as with previous purchases of such products from Netgear it has performed without problems.
No hesitation in pirchasing in the future.
