Movie synopsis
This action film travels back in time to present an origins story featuring two former allies leading a powerful team of mutants on a mission to save the planet from annihilation. James McAvoy as Charles and Michael Fassbender as Erik are young men who use their unique mutant powers to avert a global thermonuclear war and recruit a team to help save humanity. During the process Charles and Erik clash, setting the stage for Professor X to lead the X-Men in the fight for good against Magneto and the Brotherhood. Directed by Matthew Vaughn, X-Men: First Class is a two-disc set featuring both Blu-ray and digital discs. Special features with X-Men: First Class include, but are not limited to; widescreen mode, a Mutant Tracker, “Children of the Atom Multi-Part Documentary,” and deleted as well as extended scenes. This action film is formatted in dual layer with Dolby Digital 5.1 in English, French, and Spanish with subtitles in Spanish. X-Men: First Class was released as a two-disc set in 2011 by 20th Century Fox studies with a run time of 132 minutes.

Love this movie!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I've been an X-Men fan for awhile, so I was really excited to watch the prequal - it did not disapoint :-) The story is carried on very well, the effects are amazing, and the acting is very good. Best part - Hugh Jackman's special appearance - and he just happens to have the best line in the movie :-)

A must watch for anyone that is a fan of X-Men. When will they make the next one??

Stunning CGI visuals combined with literate storyline!

Stunning CGI visuals and a literate storyline make for great entertainment about the origins of the X-Men. James McAvoy is excellent as Xavier and the rest of the cast follows through. The highlight of the film is linking the X-Men to the Cuban Missile Crisis and how their powers affect the outcome. Excellent Blu ray picture quality combined with high-definition sound. Well worth adding to your film collection!

Great movie

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great Movie, probably the best one of the series. Great character development & well written script. Eric (Magneto) steals the show but deserves to, his character is the most intriguing with the most dept. By the end you understand why he chooses the path he does and moreover you may somewhat agree to join him. The special features are good but could have included a bit more behind the scenes stuff. The Mutant Tracker is pretty cool though.

great movie in the marvel style. like every movie don't read the book first. Hugh Jackman is in this movie.5th film in series the order is xmen first class,Origins,1,2,3 only Jackman is in all three.

THIS IS A GOOD MOVIE. I LIKE HOW IT TIES UP SOME OF THE QUESTIONS THAT THE OTHER MOVIES LEAVE BEHIND. I LOVE THE X-MEN STORYS SO MUCH THAT MY SONS NAME IS LOGAN. THIS MOVIE IS FUN TO WATCH AND ACTION PACKED.
