About the Manufacturer
In 1914, the Ashland Manufacturing Company entered the sporting goods business. Soon renamed Thomas E. Wilson & Co., this marked the beginning of Wilson’s historic contributions to the game of golf. Wilson has always looked to players to help shape its products. In 1922 Gene Sarazen became a member of the Wilson advisory staff (the beginning of a 75 year relationship with the company) During his tenure with Wilson, Sarazen won 39 PGA Titles including 2 US Opens, 3 PGA Championships, a British Open Title and a Masters Victory. He was inducted into the PGA Hall of Fame in 1974. Wilson Golf is marking 90 years in the game by re-launching its Wilson Staff brand, first introduced in 1960. This reincarnation includes a full line of redesigned equipment (irons, drivers, utilities, putters, wedges), balls and accessories for players of all skill levels.

) I played this club last weekend and was very pleased with the overall look and especially the feel of the club. It is well balanced and it was effortless to swing. It also provided straight and long distance shots, as also with the FYbrid 3 & 5 woods. The FYbrid FYbrid (bridge club) is a great replacement for the 2 and 3 irons. I would highly recommend the Wilson Staff FYbrids to any level of player, for me they are great.

This is the easiest club to swing. You cannot hardly wait to hear the ball hit the clubface. Great length,and trajectory. All you need is a smooth swing and you will fall in love with this club. There are no bad reports on this club. I am a Wilson club fan and I am always looking for the newest from wilson with the help from Ebay. Thanks for a great club. The Fy Fybrid is also top notch....

) i thought this fairwaay-hybrid would be a good club for my game for shots 160-170 yards out from the green. I was not happy with the performance of this club as the ball came off the club without any zip and could not hit it the distance i needed out of it,this club was used and maybe the jump off the face was gone but i was not happy with it and will not buy another one

Bought this for my wife. She hits her hybrids best, but can't really hit her 3 or 5 woods with any consistency. This 5 wood is called a fybrid, and name is appropriate. It's supposed to a "bridge" club between hybrids and woods, and it fulfills the mission very well. The stock UST V2 shaft tour quality.
Bought it in Senior shaft for her. Swing speed is 77-82. Cut it down 2 inches. Voila!

Wanted a lower loft club. This was the perfect model for me. Solid contact and nice "ping" when WELL struck, easy to fade or draw the ball off the tee and fairway. I'm a 4 handicap and tried many other clubs and will always be a wilson fan from irons to fairway woods. Tried taylormade, nike and calloway but this a club for me.
