) I purchased this item to help my wife in her rehabilitation from a serious illness. So far it has proven to be invaluable. The details for fitness levels are more than I expected. The yoga feature is my favorite part. Even the 6 year old grandson has a good time with the balance tests. Indispensable for Wii sports games. Seems to be very well built. Not a problem with it at all even with the pounding it takes on the running course. I am happy that I purchased it. No regrets. Great price on the one I received. Lower than a pre-owned one from Game Stop that I found at a later date.

) Excellent game. If you want a true workout, then definatley purchase Wii Fit Nintendo 2008. It will have you sweating and loseing pounds and inches in no time. Be sure that you have plenty of room in order to workout. It would be great if you have a partner to do this with you (in case one of you fall out the other could pick you up...lol). Try it. You will like it.

We bought the Wii Fit a couple years ago to get some exercise when we could not get out in the winter time. Well, we found out that you not only got the exercise, but you also had a lot of fun doing games such as golf and bowling on it. The exercises are great!!

I love the wii fit its fun the downfall is that there is not enough games so xbox Kinect is a better choice if you have it

Watch the lbs melt away. It is fun and the whole family can enjoy it. Looking for something to do this will work to cure alot of boadum
