THE GOOD
Inexpensive; relatively accurate color for an entry-level LCD; simple menu design.
THE BAD
Lighter black levels than many entry-level LCDs; bluish cast to dark areas; sparse feature set with very few picture controls; picture settings lack numeric values.
THE BOTTOM LINE
The inexpensive Westinghouse SK-H640G series is simpler to use and slightly more efficient than the competition, but comes up short in features and picture quality.

Rating distributions
Picture and sound are excellent in HD mode. Some problems exist with the color balancing as you switch from HD to non HD (the factory default is useless)but overall a good TV.

Only complaint is the sound, the sound quality is poor. The picture is good and the setup is quite easy.

This was described as refurbished. This TV looks better than some I've bought at retail. Excellent picture quality and excellent value.
THIS TV IS HORRIBLE! IT OVERHEATS ON ME AFTER 20 MINUTES OF BEING ON. NOT EVEN A TURBO FAN CAN KEEP THIS THING COOL! I EVEN CUT OUT THE BACK AND REPLACE THE THERMAL COMPOUND ON THE CPU AND GPU AND THAT STILL DID NOT FIX IT! I HATE THIS TV. GOOD THING THAT I GOT A PARTIAL REFUND! Nice sound though
