The hard Drive works well the only problem I had with it was that it was smaller height ways & had to mod the case to make it so that my computer would recognize it I'm sure if it was used on a newer computer it wouldn't be an issue.

Even though I had a hard drive failure with this model I bought the exact item as a replacement because I think it good value for the price with decent performance.
Exelent replacementfor my 2yr old 160GB scorpio blue hard drive that was showing signs of premature failure.this is faster, quieter and cooler running!very good product.dont forget to add some memory, your computer will run like a brand new one for a small investment!
