I loved the wacky races cartoon when I was young; however, this game is frustrating from the beginning. The computer opponents from the beginning seem to adjust to how well you are doing and consequently are around you at the finish line so one bobble and you lose. You must finish first to advance so this is very frustrating. My young boys 5 and 8 enjoy the cartoon on TV now but do not like this game at all. As a point of reference they love Mario Kart on DS, Gamecube, and Wii as well as Motorstorm on PS3. I was very disappointed by this game and would not rebuy.
Wacky Races is a very imaginative racing game. Its array of courses and characters increases the level of fun for the player. The visual and sound effects are great. One great part about this game is the opportunity to play through the entire game with two players, which also steps up the difficulty. It can capture your enjoyment for a while.
Wacky races, for the Dreamcast is alot of fun. If you grew up watching the Hanna Barbara cartoons, you will thoroughly enjoy this game. Also its one of the few games I've found that can be played by up to four players, and is easy enough for a child to control the cars.
Interesting and fun, but any resemblance to Felix the cat is not just a coincidence. Excellent game very similar to Felix the cat in both movements as enemies and scenarios. Although produced by different companies they are brothers games, I say more ... Dizygotic twins but still twins.
It very simple and very monotomo, I play the game just 2 times and that it.
I bouth because I get use to see the cartoon en tv and thought that it will
be very fun, but I was not bit deal for me.
