Wow!... to sum it up in one word. First of all, the setup couldn't be easier. It walks you through the setup quickly and easily. Once I had a picture, I took another reviewers recommendation and turned off the ambient light sensor located in settings. You have to go to picture settings and then go to "next" or "more" (been a while since i set it up so i can't remember the exaxt wording) to get to the light sensor turned off. The light sensor dims the ambient light of the picture in daylight. After this is turned off, the picture is phenomenal. I also have a 65" mits rear projection tv and a 600hz plasma and this vizio is noticably better in quality. The dimming is controlled very well, blacks and shades are dead on. The most noticeable aspect to this tv IMO would be the vivid colorization. The colors pop like nothing I've ever seen. This easily makes it stand out superior to my other tv's. I also notice during action scenes that the movement is very smooth, most likely due to the 480hz refresh. The menus are set up to be very user friendly unlike other tv's that I've used. For me, the Apps seem to be useless since many of them cost $$, except for facebook, the weather, news, and a few others. Netflix would probably be the only one I'd actually pay for and it would be worth it. I really wish this tv would give you full internet use, unless I just don't know how to get to it. All the tv's that say internet are actually just these apps. i've researc wand haven' t found any tv's that do say full internet access. On the other hand I don' t care. My objective in buying a new tv was to find the absolute best picture, and I believe I've found it. The sound is decent and more than sufficient, unless you're used to 5.1 theater sound. The remote is set up very well with a querty keyboard hidden with a "slideout" technique. The remote is set up VERY similar to my directv remote. In setup, it asks what brand receiver you are using, and boom, it's done. As far as value, I paid $752 shipped, most other inferior tv'cost more than this. Bottom line, I'm absolutely blown away with this tv and am considering buying another!

the whitest whites and the blackest blacks, the 480 htz motion makes this led lcd superior to watch fast paced action movies,car racing etc...absolutley no blurr or pixelation at all.the one million to 1 contrast gives this led lcd an amazing hi def experience. i have been a fan of vizio products for several years and this particular led lcd tv is by far vizios best tv yet for the money. i purchased this led tv as a seller refurbished unit and i am very pleased with the cometic appearance and functionality of the tv.the sound quality is suprisingly great on this led tv considering there are only 2 15 watt speakers within absolutley impressed with the sound quality. The qwerty keyboard remote acts as a universal remote and it operates my hi def motorola cable box as well as my standard vizio blu ray player.. most of your hi def cable channels are broadcast in 1080i resolution however when using a blu ray player it gets bumped up to a full 1080p experience which is awesome...i have yet to utilize the 3d content of this led lcd im going to wait for the prices of the 3d movies inparticular to go down then i will purchase my 3d blu ray capable player as well as my active 3d shutter glasses which by the way are the only glasses capable of using to enjoy the full 3d experience..i plan on buying my glasses on ebay they come in a 2 pack and looks like i will be paying around 90.00 dollars for the set which is way cheap considering the retail store prices which are upwards of 179.00 dollars or more for one set this is going to save me some serious money..the vizio 3d player is at an already all time affordable price at one of the major retail stores...however the active shutter 3d glasses are very pricey buy them off of ebay youll save yourself a bundle of money...as for the internet capabilities i use a wireless router and it is excellent and the apps are great all in all i would rate this tv at a perfect 10 you cant go wrong buying this tv for the money...i can say that if i were to compare this led tv to others its a notch above the rest vizio has out done itself in quality and affordability you wont be sorry ....

Quite simply the best TV I have ever owned. I would expect to pay at LEAST twice as much for the same features and quality of a "higher class" brand. Absolutely incredible picture quality!!! Lightweight, slim design, plenty of I/O's, wireless network connectivity (as well as wired), many advanced menu options to customize the look and feel of the sound and picture, plus all the Vizio Internet Apps and a Bluetooth remote that can be programmed to be a universal remote.... and actually work as one as well?!? One remote instead of three?!? You bet. I recommend this TV, no matter the size (preferably 42" and larger, however), to ANYONE in the market for best quality at a great price. 5 stars across the board!!

This TV is an absolute beauty....it's half to a 4th of the price of TVs in its rank...I mean I was blown away by the quality and features packed in...don't be foolish and spend more money than you need to get this and be happy!!!
