Great Energy Saver !

I bought it to save energy, it replaces a 19" energy star 8 year old CRT TV that consumes 80 Watts, but this Vizio 22" consumes only 28 Watts.
Other nice feature is it's tuner, i can pickup old NTSC signals and HD signals
Resolution is great, i have used it with my computer for Internet TV viewing.
Very simple to set up, nice remote control.
Viewing HDTV programs is a superb experience with this TV.
This TV delivers more than i expected for the low price paid.

Second Vizio set

I would rate this set (Vizio 220VA)as excellent for the purpose we intend. This was bought to be used in the bedroom to replace an older, smaller set. Our primary TV is also a Vizio but of a much larger size. Picture quality seems great,the flat thin profile and light weight make it easy to mount on the bedroom wall.

An easily attached base can also be used to set it on top a cabinet if wall mounting is not desired. A wall mount is not included with the set but these are widely available at reasonable cost.

The only thing less than great about the set is the sound quality. It is acceptable but seems a bit "tinny" sounding to me. It can easily be connected to an outside sound system to overcome this shortcoming if desired. I will give it a little time to grow on me before I connect outside speakers.

The set itself is attractive and blends well with whatever setting it is in. Several options are provided for connecting the set to cable, antenna or auxiliary sources. On the side are ports for connecting an av source and for a USB device for viewing digital pictures.

To me, this seems to be a well thought out design and an excellent value.

Nice TV, but.......

Had been looking for a 22 inch hdtv for the bedroom. This television was easy to set up, and I got it for a good price on eBay. Picture is great and controls are easy to use. The only thing negative, is the the small speakers sometimes have a tin can sound. I have seen some reviews that say the viewers cannot stand the sound for more than 30 minutes without getting a headache. Well, I didn't think it was that bad, but after listening to a better quality sound system, it is noticeable. All in all, it is a decent buy.

The Best and most Durable TV for travel or in The Bedroom The Best TV Ever

product has great picture and sound I travel all over the U.S. and it fits nice in my car I would stay in motels for months and months so it works great because I can watch HDTv instead of those Cheap Old Tv's That motels normally have. I also bring my Xbox with me to use as a DVD Player and to play games on from time to time and its great. you see all xbox games are made in HiDef now, so if you hook your game system up to an Old 480p Tv. You cant see the picture that well. words are jumbled up. kinda makes you feel like you need glasses when you have excellent eye site. I use it as a laptop moniter as well. And Best of all it is just a little durable as well my two little kids have thrown rubber balls at it and knocked it off the shelf about a two foot drop on to carpet. Still works great and thats happend now three or four times, So if a small TV for travel or Bed room is why you are looking for this TV Look no Farther. This Is it.

Great Picture and Good Sound Quality

This was ideal for my two year old's room, it has all of the necessary hook ups. I read some reviews that the sound quality was poor, but I think it was definitely good. It gets very loud so I usually put it on about 18 or so when she is watching a show. Once again I will say the picture is GREAT! I definitely am more than impressed at this cost friendly TV. I had my concerns since it was such an amazing price. Definitely worth it!
