The Ultimate Scream Collection (Blu-ray Disc, 2011, 4-Disc Set)

I loved the original "Scream" from the first time I saw it. Years ago people delighted in the terror of things that couldn't really happen; fright was found in movies about boogeymen and other such fictional elements. "Scream" brought new fear to a whole new generation. A slasher flick with thrilling special effects and a whole cast of celebrities, this movie was a big success among young adults and cast real fear in what could happen. It was followed by two very successful sequels, which as many movie buffs know, doesn't usually happen in today's movie scene. This is not your typical cheesey scarefest. "Scream" is a fabulous, on-the-edge-of-your-seat showdown of realistic killers and when you watch it for the first time you'll never guess what happens next. And when you watch it a second time, you are still anxious to see the sequence of events. And when you watch "Scream 2" you await the gory horrors as they play out. And "Scream 3" is the end-all to all end-all finales. This is a great investment in friday night thrillers for the young adult, the horror fanatic, the cozy couple, and the Wes Craven fan.

These are great films and it's nice to have
them together in this set. They have good
picture and sound plus neat extras and a
bonus disc with cool extras. Get this
set, it's a scream baby!

One of the most innovative and creative horror series ever made. Cox, Arquette, Campbell, and Kennedy are superb in these films.

Each film has it's own feel, and all three are very different from one another.

I love everything to do with the scream collection, it has a good cast, it's not over done and all the movies keep you guessing. I decided to buy it when it first came out as a boxed set, but in a move I lost it and couldn't find it any where and was told it was oop. So I looked, and looked and finally found in on Ebay and couldn't be happier. It is a great collection to have!
