This book has excellent information on different varieties of rice and other grains such as couscous, bulgur and grits. The book is well planned and the recipes are fairly easy to follow. It has way more information than ill ever remember! Wish it would have had more photos.... good book to have

I use my rice cooker about once evry other week. With this cookbook I now try for twice a week. It will appeal to cooks of all levels. This book has excellent information on different varieties of rice and other grains such as couscous, bulgur and grits. The book is well planned and the recipes are fairly easy to follow. The recipes do give a suggestion as to the size of the cooker, but I find that most recipes can be made in the larger one and I am sure cooks can adjust those recipes for their small rice cookers.

My new rice cooker has so many exciting features. Found this book at the library. It is a fantastic source for using this great kitchen tool. I highly recommend the book if you are interested in using your rice cooker in multiple ways.

it's is cheap for the cookbook. butthat is no single pictures to show the final product. Anyway, if I'm available to see one or two smple page. i would not buy it.

This is a very comprehensive cookbook. It exceeded my expectations. The writers are very detail oriented and their explanations are very through. In this category, it would be hard to surpass their breadth and creativity. I definitely recommend this book. I have read through most of it, and it is one of the best cookbooks that I own.
