The fourth and final recording by Bob Florence's Limited Edition for the Trend and Discovery labels is on the same level as the previous releases. Most unusual about this date is that Julie Andrews (for whom Florence has long been piano accompanist) takes a rare vocal in this context during "Jewels." Other highlights include the quote-filled "Bebop Treasure Chest," "The Babbling Brook" (dedicated to Bob Brookmeyer), and a remake of "Here and Now." Among the main soloists are altoist Lanny Morgan, trombonists Rick Culver and Charlie Loper, trumpeters Warren Luening and Steve Huffsteter, Bob Cooper on tenor, and baritonist Bob Efford. ~ Scott Yanow
