Amazing movie's for all age's

TOY STORY 1.

Cowboy doll Woody is Andy's favorite toy, and as part of that comes the privilege of being the leader of all the other toys. His world is suddenly turned upside down when Andy gets a Buzz Lightyear action figure for his birthday. Suddenly, Woody finds himself in danger of being replaced as Andy and all the toys flock to Buzz. Worse yet, Buzz doesn't know he's a toy. He thinks he's the real Buzz Lightyear. But when the two toys get lost a couple days before Andy moves, they'll have to work together to get home. Can Woody work with Buzz when they don't have the same goal?

I can't believe it's been ten years since this movie came out. It's had an immeasurable impact on the animation field and movies in general. At the same time, its flaws are evident. The humans look as plastic as the toys, and the fur on the dog is laughable. Computers have come a long way in ten years.

TOY STORY 2.

In this sequel to Toy Story, Woody (Tom Hanks) begins to fear that his usefulness as a toy is coming to end. When Woody is stolen, Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) organizes a rescue. While our erstwhile heroes are seeking Woody out, Woody finds out the truth about himself; it seems that in the `50s he was the star of a hit show - Woody's Round-up. Given a choice between returning to his owner (and facing the end of his usefulness), or staying with the Round-up gang and living forever in a toy museum, Woody is torn. Simultaneously, the rescue team is facing peril after peril, culminating in the ultimate confrontation - Buzz Lightyear versus the evil Emperor Zurg!

This movie is outstanding, and even better than the original! The darkness that shaded the original (Sid) is missing in this one, and the minor sadness is quickly replaced with adventure and hilarity.

These movie's are entertaining and lighthearted, the soundtrack's are entertaining, and the action is spellbinding. These are great movie's for all ages. I can't recommend it enough.

Best animated movies ever

It is so rare that a sequel is better than the original, especially when the original was phenomenal... but that is the case here. Toy Story and toy story 2 were both incredible movies, great animation, great voice casting, great story lines... there are literally no flaws to these movies, and are enjoyable for kids and adults alike. highly recommended...

GREAT SET

Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2 in a set. This is a must get collection, if you enjoy the toy story series, you must get this 2 dvd collection. Inside is the 2 movies that you love and some extra features. If you decide you want to get the two dvds and save time, this set is a way to go. With your favorite characters Woody and Buzz, this is a dvd set I recommend you to get.

Wonderful Set of Toy Story Movies 1 and 2

I was so excited when I found this 2-disc set of both Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2. I'm sure I like the movies more than my kids, ages 2 1/2 and 5 1/2, but I still used them as an excuse! I love the references to the toys that were around when I was young....Rock 'Em Sock 'Em guys, Mr. Spell, plastic green army guys, etc. I would high recommend this movie for young adults everywhere that want to have flashbacks of their own childhood, as well as a good-for-the-soul movie for your family to watch together. A+++

GREAT MOVIES

Both of the TOY STORY movies are awesome! My oldest son fell in love with Toy Story a little before his first birthday!! He is now almost 6 and STILL loves it, and loves TOY STORY 2 as well. I now have two more sons who are ages 5 and 3 and a daughter who is 1...ALL of my kids LOVE these movies.

Pixar did a wonderful job with the animation! The story lines are great and keep your attention! I love them both myself!
