Read the information, this baby does a lot if u no how to use it.easily download new info. u can record and use a voice of choice- use colors- and add pictures. Add your favorite destinations- this thing has a memory. car and computer chargeable- 2 hr. battery life. Nice screen size and adjustable for night use. Detachable stand for safety- some one might want your tomtom- but i wont share mine.u can get a tomtom buddy and no where each other is- yes this thing may help u track a friend or even your man, haha.

This GPS Receiver meets or exceeds that of it's competitors. Acquiring satelites is fast and programing destinations ease and better than most. If there is one area of improvement it would be in the display during full sunlight. The data displayed is difficult to see. Other wise the touch screen display is great. To clear the navigation data is a few pages over when you want to just drop the route. However, reprograming to navigate to another destination is first page and easy to do. Overall, the value for the money is the best compared to the other units. If the time comes for a replacement, Tom Tom will head the list.

I bought this as a casual way-finder when I go to cities I'm not familiar with, and so far its been extremely useful. For the use intended, its been fully functional.

WARNING:
As with most re-sale GPS Navigators, do not expect to have tge latest map installed, not much less get the new maps free. They are expensive. Running around ~80 bucks each, unless you're willing to pay for a useful map (mine didn't have like 6 critic roads), don't buy used GPS navigators unless they have lifetime maps or something similar.

As for this specific model, I got what I expected, which was good. No bad surprises. And the price was just right.

If you dont want to pay a lot for a gps, but get a lot out of the one you do pay for... I would go for TomTom. Havent been disapointed with it yet.

I really liked the unit, it was easy to use and seems to take me to the right place. it doesnt always know the super secret route but im not worried about that i get where i need to go. i had to download the owners manual to figure out all the features but after that it was really user friendly... oh and downloading the manual was quick, it was very accessible!
