Good game. but a Terrible zelda game. Disappointing !!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Ok so ill start by saying that this might be one of the worst zelda games i have played !!!

Yes it is a 3 stars because it's a zelda game so it's a good game but if it was compared to other zelda games this would get a 1 star...

Lets say that i'm a huge fan of the series, the type that ONLY buys a Nintendo to play this game, i grew up playing the first one and have played and passed them all. This one is just not at the range of passed games as twilight princess and wind waker that both were amazing.

My major problem with this game is the world map, i mean there is not much to discover, or secrets to be held it is pretty my 4 areas that just expand, yes im not kidding you are constantly in the 4 areas, and they are not big !! so not much to explore.

Getting upgrades and secrets, ok so there is basically 2 places to buy stuff in the entire game !!! yeah you can't go around and finding the best price for stuff or to search for a specific item, you will find both stores right next to each other it's just lame.

Difficulty, it looks like they went from teenagers playing this game to the difficulty that a 5 year old could play, no joke!! so your looking for hiding stuff and secrets ? no problem they give you something that points you to the exact direction of what your looking for. Once you find some of this stuff, it's stuff that you already bought with some coins !! so you might end up with lots of stuff of the same kind. why bother in finding this stuff when you can buy everything cheap?

The sensor ok so every few minutes or every time i would use a bow or another item i would have to press down to calibrate, yeah they are awe full, the very few times i died, probably once or twice if much was because the control was not responding to my commands. Why can't we play this with a regular remote? i had to go and buy this motion plus to play this.

This might be the first zelda game that i just wanted it to end so i can go ahead and play anything else, i stopped caring about this secrets and side missions and just went on with the main story line, even tho i got most stuff by not even trying.

I could go on forever with the problems with this game if you know other zelda games, you will know how bad this one is. If you never played one then you will enjoy it, since like i said it is not a bad game in general but it is a terrible ZELDA game, when you expect nothing but the best.

One of the best Zelda games ever made!!! Best one for Wii!!!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

This game is one f the greatest zelda games ever made. Take windwaker and combine it with ocarina of time and twighlight princess and this is what you get. An amazing game! the controls may be a bit difficult for a young child trying to play, but for a teen or adult, this game is necessary if you own a wii. Not to mention the free zelda music cd with this special edition.

    Awesome

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

4 stars cause Nintendo didn't release a matching Gold Nun-chuck. Extreme disappointment!!!

The game it self is great!

The bundle is a must for Zelda fans, since it comes with a music CD and a gold wii motion plus remote!
Now if only Nintendo would realize that the whole idea of a controller, that is made of two parts, is that it matches color wise.

Better then the last but not perfect.

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

It's a great game. Puzzles are plenty and quest/objectives are laid out fairly well. It's not too scary for my young son to watch while I play. Some of the usual later Zelda game problems are still persistent while they did take care of others. They can't seem find a balance between showing the grand scale of the playable world without making it a pain to travel from one end to the other. Auto travel or way-points or warp would be great. In a lot of ways there aren't enough monsters. It seems too sparse and open. I'm glad they fixed the fairy annoyance issues, the lame songs, and objective tracking through reminders and their radar like seeking mechanic but it just comes up short in a lot of ways and I wonder how much actual time is spent waiting through mini cut scenes every time you open a door or chest. That being said, it's still Zelda. It's still has some interesting challenges and it's still worth buying to play through.

Skyward Sword takes Zelda Fans To A Completely New Level!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

First off, I would just like to say that i've heard some mixed reviews from players of this game and I found myself asking the question, why!? The Legend of Zelda, Skyward Sword for the Wii is an incredible game with so much to offer in terms of gameplay, exploration, puzzles and great battles that we've all come to know and love. The cool thing about this game is that it sort of takes you to the inception of the Legend itself and how it all started, in the sky! It's a departure from the typical Zelda stories which I was hesitant about at first but then really enjoyed because there hasn't been a game made prior to Skyward Sword that took you to the beggining of it all. The interaction that you have to make between the sky world and the "regular world" is a lot of fun. Granted in the beginning, the game does start out a bit slow but as expected it picks up in a huge way. I was a huge fan of having a loft wing "choose" you. Kind of reminded me of Avatar! The sensitivity of the Wiimote and the user interaction of the controls is one of the most fun parts of the game in my opinion. It makes you feel as though you're in the game. The music in this is so amazing as well. Each and every score is masterful from start to finish. Being a huge Zelda fan, I purchased the bundle with the Gold Wiimote and couldn't be happier. Hero Mode is not only super challenging but very fun to play as well! This will test the most avid of Zelda fans! When fighting a boss for example, jars that used to have hearts in them will no longer have any which makes for a frustrating (but fun) battle! I give this game 2 thumbs up, A++++++ and 5 stars for overall gameplay. Nintendo never disappoints when it comes to The Legend of Zelda and I'm looking forward to the next installment!
