Great club to get you out of trouble!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I have always had a difficult time hitting fairway woods off the turf. I tried the Rescue 2i hybrid at a Taylor Made demo day at my local golf course and fell in love with this club. It has a good weight to the club which helps me make crisp contact each time.

Excellent product and service from seller.

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Rescue club works very well just as described. It will fill a gap in the distances between irons and woods. I recommend this for other aging golfers who have trouble generating the clubhead speed required for long irons.

TaylorMade Rescue 2-Hybrid is expensive for only a serviceable club

No, I would not recommend this product.

The Rescue 16-deg 2-Hybrid is adjustable for standard, higher, and lower loft. From the old Nike website the standard setting is a bit open, so if you want to square the face at address you have to move it a click toward higher. You do not have to buy a TaylorMade wrench; a regular T-25 Torx screwdriver or wrench will do. The grip is round so that the hosel can be rotated, but the grip is worldwide standard diameter, which is SMALLER than American standard. So you might want a mid-sized grip upon it. The shaft is functional and non-obtrusive, and the white crown with black face has gained wide acceptance. The clubhead is pretty much standard length and shape for a hybrid. But the real measure of a high dollar hybrid is how it performs, and this club is absolutely AVERAGE. It is not longer, nor is it particularly straighter than other hybrids. Its trajectory is average; its sound is average. One is paying a lot of money for the TaylorMade marketing and getting a serviceable, but not spectacular hybrid. So its cost vs. performance is not as good as other premium hybrids. I know the Wilson Staff D100 and Nike Covert (original and 2.0) are superior. The adjustable Cobra Amp Cell is worse than the TaylorMade Rescue because of ballooning and fade tendencies.

Wish I had not bought this club.

No, I would not recommend this product.

This club hits a low hooking shot. It is perfect for hard fairways, it is not easy to hit out of rough. Most of the Taylormade hybrids have a closed face, and are hard to hit straight. I bought the hybrid 2 to get more distance form a tight lie in the fairway, but this is not working for me. I am a 4 handicap.

Love the TaylorMade Rescue 2011 fairway wood golf club. Great off short par 4's. Wonderful addition to my golf bag. Love this club
