Its a great family movie about how things arent allways what they seam to be, how a orphan boy turs out to be the true king of England. But unknown to everyone he is just a wart but his true heart is revelled to Merlin the great magisin, and he teachs him how to use his brain not only his muscle's and how to be honest and fair. This movie is for the whole family.
This is a great childhood movie which teaches about how knowledge is power. This is why "Wart" is able to pull the sword from the stone - Merlin has taught him more things than his brother knows about.
A knightly adventure of a young boy who meets an unknown part of himself...Merlin.
An example of human thought, love and inspiration -- Wart before Arthur, David before Solomon.
I absolutely LOVE The Sword in the Stone. Especially the cool title!!^^ This is like one of my very first Walt Disney's movies, and my dad, who is really hard to impress, really likes this kiddies' movie!!^o^ He even says so himself that this is the only kid's movie he really enjoys (besides Finding Nemo^^). Well, I'm really happy that I bought the dvd version, for it's much easier to hear and see all the new digitialized (?>_<) movie and features!!^^ Hmm...just wish that the movie could be longer and even funnier...^o^
I loved this cartoon because it reminded me of a season of a show called Charmed. I loved the color and everything about this cartoon. There was nothing I disliked. This was purchased to add to the collection of disney videos in my home.
