) This is my first DSLR camera and I love it. It is very easy to use and the people at Big Easy Camera were a delight. They helped me to understand what I needed and really gave me a great insight into what I would need which wasn't much when you consider everything that was included with it. I have only had it for a week and I'm still playing with it but so far I am very impressed. Thank You Sony for a great product and thank you Big Easy Cameras for your wonderful service.

Great first SLR,price was right takes good pictures. Video is great.

After researching SLR Cameras I decided on the A33. I got a pretty good deal it was used but in perfect condition . I like how it can be a simple Point & Shoot or a sophisticated Digital SLR. I have had it for a few weeks and took it on vacation to try it out and love it . Would I buy another YES .I wanted to move up from the little point and shoots to get better pictures and for me it is perfect. Here is a video of some of the pictures I took with it they untouched meaning no color rendering of fix's they are raw just as I took them.

) I really love this camera, quick focus, 7 shoots per second, is fine for me.
The only feature i change was free to configure for VIDEO, aperture, exposure, i like full control.

Great Camera, Nice options, battery drains a little fast and need tele lens

The battery seems to go down pretty fast. You definately need more than just the 55mm lens that comes with the camera if you want to do any pics with detail from say 20ft plus. All and all I'm quite happy and would recommend this camera to anyone.
