Product was not as advertised and first time I returned it and second time it was the same problem but I let it go because postage will be more than price of the product.This should'n be allowed to let same faulty product sold on multiple vendors addr. w/same origin. This Ericsson w580i phones are not for U.S. market but Columbia so they don't work as those in U.S.Don't buy any of these from China because you get burned...

Really love this phone. I have had three of them because I keep getting them wet. Even though I'm eligible for an upgrade still like this phone too much to move to a smartphone. As long as phones like these are available I'll probably stay with it. For those of you thinking about buying a used one, make sure they can work on a 4G network. Some resellers are selling "edge 3G" phones which will not let you receive photos with your text messages. This is one great phone.
