I bought the around sony dvd portable fx950 around three weeks ago and I like all features on this portable dvd player. the 7 plus hours battey capacity, screen definition and the turnable screen. I have no complaint onn this model, is great. Overall, I'd recommend the Sony Dvd portable playerFX-950 if you're on a budget
We just traveled with our grand-daughter and we had two 4 hour flights. This DVD player kept her happy (and everyone else). Don't worry about charging until you get home as the charge it holds will seem like forever. We used it 10 total hours and no problems. (8 in plane plus 2 in airport waiting). Other kids were able to watch with her so it kept several families happy. Picture quality is excellent and she can watch a USB which I loaded with her favorite photos. They just have to be reduced from, what is now, the normal 2 to 10 GB size to 800 by 600 (Try Batch Photo). She was able to watch a slide show. The plane ride from the east coast to the west coast was bumpy also. The device fell on the chair and held up perfectly. This has been a great investment to date. My daughter is going to borrow it for their family vacation in a car next month. I will use it when I travel to NFL games also. I have never had another portable player so I cannot compare it, but I would say this one is top of the line.
Fast shipping. Product works great and especially the audio. The size and swivel feature will be handy when using on airplane flights. Also the ability to plug in two sets of earplugs will be handy.

Sony DVP-FX950 is the perfect dvd player. The screen has great resolution and speakers play hard. Development and design is very careful and pleasing! The battery has a long life. It's a great quality player. Thank you very much for a great product!
