I have read better - But not many...

As a bit of a "history buff", especially when aviation is concerned, I felt slightly short-changed by this book. Maybe I simply had high-expectations for it, none of which were delivered upon.

The book has numerous photos, but many of them are of poor quality, or revelant to the text of the book.

The text was dry, and has several factual errors hidden in the pages.

I'd urge purchasers to choose a different book if considering this as a gift to a pilot or aviator.
