SIMS 2: CIVILIZED? HUMAN LIFE SIMULATOR OF THE AGES

Am a Sim City fan myself and truthfully haven't played a lot of the SIMS. Got a free game once with a purchase and had a good time hugging my mother (for about ten minutes) trying to get a buck out of her - destroying her house in the process. People I know and have encountered love this frachise and it is no wonder why. It is one of the reasons the year 2005 was such a great year to live in despite all the gloom and doom. The world united in peace (mostly) online within a grand universe of their own design. It is virtually its own universe where the people of the world go to hone skills through simulation while having an addictively good time as a consequence. . or the other way around. You get the idea. In my store this one of my hottest titles but again I am a Sim City guy. I like to build while breaking as little sweat as possible. Now, the SIMS may make you sweat but for other reasons. The Excellent rating given this game is combinative of kudos to the designers and legendary creator, of popular customer demand, of friends who have SIM'd for years, and for all the great times I've had rolling out massive cities. Lose Yourself In SIM Universe! Behold a day when you can send your SIM over to NFSU to do some street racing and then over into another title for other activities. This day has gotta be coming soon. Warning - Sims 2 is Addictive!!!

There is no game quite like the Sims 2 - which has come an amazingly long way since Sim World. Sim 2 allows you to recreate your existence... or create another. Extremely Addictive & Fun!

If you loved those crazy and quirky Sims then you will LOVE Sims 2! This is an extremely addictive and fun game. I have spent countless hours playing this game and have bought every expansion pack. The original Sims game had the Broke family and the Goth family. You can now play Brandy Broke (child grown up with her own family) or Mortimer and Cassandra Goth. Cassandra was the one with glasses and now all grown up and in love with Don. Bella is missing but reports have spotted her in Strangtown. Pleasantville is the orginal scenario or you can also play Verona Ville.

Sims can now have babies from birth or you can still adopt. These kids actually grow-up so very realistic and not as boring as the old sims. There are just so many great things you can do with your sims like getting married, going off to college (University expansion), go on dates (Nightlife expansion), have a business (Open for Business expansion), and they can now have CARS! That's also another very cool option. Your sims can also get divorced and they age and will die. There are aliens that will visit (more common in Strangetown) and can see ghosts. The Goth house have ghosts that will come out at night since they have a cemetary next to the house. Some sims love to see them and some get scared and lose points. They still have wants, needs that must be fulfilled like bladder, eating, sleep, fun, social and such. They have quite a few job options. The fun only gets better when you add the expansion packs.

There are also a few cheat codes like hitting CRTL, Shift and C button for the cheat box. Then for $50K cheat type in motherlode. To move objects and delete them type in move_objects on. You can delete the mailbox so no more bills. If you get Nightlife expansion then you also won't get love letters. Another great cheat is Aging Off to turn it off so Sims don't get older. Beware your kids won't either. Have fun gaming!

Nothing compares to sims 2

sims 2 is a must have for anyone who has a PC (that version is better because you can get expansion packs).
you start off with a single person or you can make a family you get them jobs, make sure they are social take care of themselves, they can have babies have them grow up and go to college (with the university expansion).
this game is endless, they can die or get sick if they eat spoiled food.
i can spend hours playing this game an time seems to fly by playing it.
get your hands on this game its well worth the money and its so addicting and fun!

Super Sims 2!

My daughter, 13, loves this game and she has wanted it forever. So when she asked me for probably the hundreth time I looked on Ebay and found it for a really great price. We had never been a member before but when we found the excellent prices we decided to give it a shot. Now my son, 10, is obsessed and so we will probably be reviewing something else very soon. My daughter says that the game is very interactive, interesting and it's kind of like you are playing "God" to a city full of people you have created. You can make them fall in love, get a job, buy a house, have a family, pretty much anything you want. You also get to design their looks and sometimes their clothes. So, it is a very cool game and I recomend it to others who have a lot of time on their hands! But it is rated teen so it is not recommended for children under 12 or 13. But I think I like the game too, cause I get a break from my life!
