    Product Information
Crash Bandicoot and his friends jump over to the Nintendo DS with CRASH BOOM BANG!, a collection of over 40 mini-games by Sierra Entertainment. The game, the first Crash Bandicoot game developed in Japan, includes many different challenges, all of which can be played by up to four gamers via wi-fi connection. CRASH BOOM BANG! allows players to choose between Crash, Cortex, Fake Crash, Tawna, Coco, Pinstripe, and other popular Crash characters. There are three different modes: festival mode (the multiplayer section), adventure mode, and my room mode. Adventure mode is the single-player adventure where gamers can unlock more games, items, and other extras. These extras can then be viewed in the my room mode. Festival mode is where all of the real action is. Up to four players roll dice and moving around a board. Players all roll and move simultaneously, and when two players land on the same spot, theyre taken to a mini-game. Each mini-game has three rounds, and the winner of the most rounds gets extra points. Players not playing in the mini-game can place bets on the winner and even use items on other players to give them a little bit of extra help. Players can also send messages to each other as well. CRASH BOOM BANG! is a great party game for DS players. Not only does it include over 40 challenging mini-games, it also make use of the touch screen and microphone in many of the challenges.

    A misunderstood 32bit racing title.

    Created: 06/30/09
There is something addictive about this game, At first you think; are these controls some kind of joke? Well after 1 hour of play I naturally understood them. The handling needs to be felt in order to be leart. This game is made for the 3D-pad as well, and it works much better with the pad.

The graphics are quite sharpe but they are gritty, which adds to the style of its 32bit nature and fits in well with the games insane speed somehow.

If your looking for the grand snore that is Grand Turismo or Toca. This is not that kind of game at all. However STC cars look similar to G.T graphics, however they have a touch of manga style to them which makes them look very cool, especially the opel in which you can change its color to black.

So the initially frustrating controls become very addictive after time. TIME!

The music is some of the best techno/trance/dance ever heard in a game. The sounds of the game roar out of my surround sound speakers, The engine noise is the best I've heard. Its a challenging game, although it is all highly unrealistic. I mean these cars go from 0-300 mph in 3 seconds!?, but I personally like that as it makes a change from all the rest.

Its very different to anything nowdays, in fact it's actually quite mad.

Complete it on arcade mode to unlock the 20 laps touring mode, Where you get many more songs to listen to and you can arrange the order of the new music tracks for the longer 20 lap sessions.

This game should have been called 'Mad super car arcade blast'

I personally love chasing my ghost with the cheesey and uplifting tunes pumping, At the very least this game has great character. Every so often I will play it hard for 20-30mins straight and hit the zone that is Sega Touring Car.

Another failing effort to translate arcade to Saturn!

Warning! Stay away from this horrible arcade translation unless you are a hardcore Sega Saturn collector!

Before I purchased this game back in 96/97, I have played the arcade version, so I had high expectation for the Saturn version. Yes, the game speed for the Saturn version is about the same as the arcade, but everything else is worse.

First off, the graphics looks terrible- this is due to Saturn's limited hardware power in producing 3D graphics. The most killer part is the control- it sucks! Even with a Sega steering wheel, the control still sucks. Playing through the Grand Prix mode with 20 laps is simply a painful experience.

Avoid Avoid Avoid this title! Get the Sega Rally or Daytona instead.

Great racing simulation game for the Sega Saturn.

     | Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

This game offers a smooth experience with no slow downs, stunning graphics by 1997 standards, But it is accompanied by a very slow learning curve.

It takes a lot of time for the player to get used to driving with confidence. Regardless it is still a great addition to anyone's Sega Saturn Collection.
