This is my first buy of the Thin Technology TV and I must say I am pretty satisfied. This UN46C6400 has an amazing appeal. The picture in HD looks amazingly nice. It is sharp, clear, crisp and just too good for the eyes if watching in HD. Though the product specs says its a 1080p 120Hz TV, I was not able to get more than 60 Hz with 2 devices I have tried (an IPTV box and the Samsung Apps). I guess I need to play around more. The sound is reasonably good with the thickness this TV has, my Living room is appx 13x12 and I know I will not need surround speakers with this LED TV (which I was planning to buy one for myself but not now). Overall the TV is worth every buck spent, amazing clear picture with equally good sound, and not to forget this is an IPTV with Samsung making sure it has everything in its App store (Free to Purchased Apps) makes it one of the finest product Samsung has to offer.
I mounted this TV over my fireplace in my apartment and it looks AMAZING. I was exceptionally impressed with the sound quality. I'm used to having surround sound and receivers and such, but in the space that I use the TV, the onboard speaker works great. I also like that the speaker is not visible as with many other HDTV's. Being a side-lit tv when the screen goes completely dark you can see dim lighting of the LED's behind the screen, but only when the lights are off, not noticeable in the daytime or when the room is lit. The picture quality is great, but some of the features needed to be tweaked to my liking (as with any tv). I primarily use the TV for gaming and streaming netflix from my xbox and I have loved every second of it.
What can I say, technology has surpassed what we need it to be. This is a great tv it is sharp, big, light, thin, and can be mounted on your wall. I am going from a 27" that weighs 200lb. I like this tv alot. I would recomend it to anyone. I got it for 710.00!!! cheap compared to what you would get a wallmart. LETS GO PENS!!!!!!!!!
What can i not say about this tv it has the most beautiful picture of any other tv on the market. I had my Direct Tv dealer come and help change the old zenith 27 inch picture tube tv we had for 25 yrs and the samsung tv only need the hd cable added for the direct tv hook up. The only complaint i have is the power cord is to short and you have to add a ext cord if your power outlet is far away. The remote is easy to work the menu`s and it lights up so you can see the buttons in a dark room.
OVER ALL IF YOU WANT THE NEWEST AND BEST TV OUT THERE THIS IS IT SAMSUNG HAS THEM ALL BEAT.
Upgraded from an older 46 inch Samsung LCD TV to this LED TV with internet. I have been waiting for many years for a TV with an internet connection and finally the time is here. Excellent LED TV. Better than any other brand. Very clear picture.
