At its current discounted price, it is really a no brainer

I am using this C23A750X with a Macbook Pro 13" (Late 2011). I have searched forums and all of the replies I was getting was that this monitor does not work with Macs. Well...it does. I originally had installed Mountain Lion OS in my computer and the software provided by Samsung was not installing. I downgraded to Lion and the installation software worked like a charm.
Now, let me tell you that the video quality is not perfect, but still very good. There is no noticeable lag unless you are watching a high definition action movie. Even then the quality is not bad at all.
The wireless hub in the C23A750X works flawlessly. I plugged in my smartphone into the USB 2.0 port and my laptop automatically picked it up and was able to transfer data at high speeds. I have not tried the wireless LAN feature because honestly I have wifi. But I can see how this feature would be useful for someone who does not have a functioning wireless ethernet card in their laptops.
The wireless dongle that plugs into the laptop gets very hot. Hopefully not so hot that overheats and breaks. The wireless range is about 4-5 feet. It is beautiful how the signal is automatically picked up and connects automatically. You can mirror or extend your viewing area. I chose to extend since my MBP resolution is lower than the C23A750X.

I paid $150 (refurbished) for it. I probably would not have paid the retail price when it first came out. But now at this discounted price, it makes it worth every penny. I paid the same amount I would have for any other LED LCD's this size, but what I would not have gotten was all the additional features the C23A750X comes with: wireless video, wireless hub, wireless network and did I mention it is the first monitor to include USB 3.0?

I will not buy a Samsung monitor again.

Monitor is attractive until it is turned on. I have not succeeded in getting it to work with either my Acer or my brand new Dell which has all the bells and whistles. I am sorely disappointed. I was attracted by the brand name and the purchase price.

I recommend this display to ANYONE who needs flexibility w/ 2 computers!

Outstanding LED display. Very useful! EXACTLY what I wanted! I needed a display that would give me the flexiblity to use with both my laptop and desktop tower. 5/5 star rating.
