|Is the Samsung Memoir a mobile phone with a camera? Or a camera with a mobile phone? Either way, with 8.0 megapixels, a Xenon flash and a host of dedicated camera functions, the Memoir sets a standard. But the Memoir doesn’t stop there. It’s also a music player, a full Web browser, a GPS navigation system and one of the most advanced touch screen phones in the world. Smile.|

The Samsung Memoir has a handsome and slim design with a styling that makes it look like a camera. The TouchWiz interface makes navigation a breeze and we love that you can upload your photos directly to online sharing sites. The photo quality is top-notch, and the overall feature set is very impressive. It has great performance as well.
The Samsung Memoir lacks Wi-Fi, its Web browser is not the greatest, and the touch-screen interface takes some acclimation. You are limited to preloaded TouchWiz widgets.
If you don't mind the price, the Samsung Memoir lives up to its promise as a top-notch camera phone.

this phone is awesome. but, as everything in the world, it has it's flaws. the only thing really wrong with this phone is that the microphone doesn't pick up any sound at all if you are recording live music. i went to the best concert of my life and got awesome videos, because the picture is awesome on recordings. but the only sound there was was i little static every now and then. i read a thousand reviews on this phone before i purchased it and never once read anything about that. so be warned, if you plan on recording anything loud, you may need a different phone. other than that problem, though the phone is great! (:
This cell is a big step up from the old Motorola Razr I have been using since 2006. I have been buying unlocked Razr from EBay, but they all have major problems with battery life and signal drop outs, not like the original Razr i bought from At&t. This Samsung Memoir has none of those problems. Perfect reception, easy to use, has all features you need the most (I don't use 3G), most importantly, it has full camera capabilities a normal point&shoot one has, with 8megpix max size pictures. It's smaller in size than IPhone, Droid, HTC, so it's not bulky. No complaint at all! Will buy another one for my wife.
I'd like to thank the seller for sending me such a great phone. It came in perfect condition, and I love this phone so much. It makes me no longer miss my ZN5. The camera is far superior. The touch screen is great, touch keyboard is a breeze. Also, pro-tip: Use the volume buttons to scroll through text and pictures. Another thing, great music player (plays mp3) and can listen while texting.
Bought the phone for my dad and he loves the camera. Battery life on the phone is great until you use the camera and then you lose a bar. Phone overall has great reception which makes calling him easy to understand. I thought him how to use it and he figured out right away. Only downfall is that it does not support Wi-Fi which I didn't realize after receiving the phone. Phone came unlocked which was great. Ended up buying accessories for this phone and overall very easy to use. Hope this review helped. Thanks
I bought this phone for my cousin, as a gift. Using it is very easy. It's very fun with its touch features. I have also messed around with the camera (which is the main reason he wanted it). The camera works great! it works better, clearer and crisp pics much better than his latter old phone (blackberry curve). Since it's a tmobile phone it was super easy to switch phones with the sim card and the phone automaticallly copied all contacts and such.
One cool feature is that you can drag shortcuts onto the homescreen by touching the side menu and pulling it onto the screen, which makes it great for personalizing the way you want it!
It made a great birthday gift!
