THE GOOD
The Samsung Magnet features a full QWERTY keyboard with support for numerous e-mail accounts and instant messaging. It also offers a slim design, Bluetooth, and excellent call quality.
THE BAD
The keyboard's buttons are a little stiff to press. The Magnet only has a VGA camera.
THE BOTTOM LINE
For AT&T customers looking for a basic messaging phone, the Samsung Magnet delivers with a slim QWERTY design and affordable price tag.

This is a pretty average phone, no thrills. It's lightweight and thin with a nice color screen.
I like that it has a full keyboard-HOWEVER it is also the thing I hate most about this phone. I have very small girl hands and I can barely type on the phone without fat fingering everything. It's very annoying to have to correct each word. I have also had issues with not being able to send picture texts to my email. This could be a network issue but I have never had a problem with any of my other phones on the same network. Also, the back cover slides off all the time for no reason.
I would not recommend this phone.
The phone has worked well so far. I am very happy with the price and the condition of the phone. I bought it for my son who only had a cheap Go Phone w/no Data or Internet access. I felt he needed a more reliable phone since he uses it for safety purposes when visiting friends or walking from one place to another and to recieve picture messages from friends and family members. this is really an expensive blackberry in disquise. wonderful and great at a low cost aaa the phone is most functional and ez to use. just a wonderful nice inexpensive way to communicate. you can buy one from anyone and buy an unlock code for a few bucks on ebay and use with any carrier

This is a great phone. It's easy to use. The battery doesn't last very long though. Otherwise I really like it.
