Beautiful, featherweight design; decent-size screen; multiple methods to navigate menus and input text; plenty of networking options; dual-mic array.
Lacks keyboard; poor performance; short battery life; weak speaker sound.
The Samsung Q1's sleek case is definitely eye-catching, but we expect better performance and battery life for a thousand of our hard-earned bucks.

The product works very well. The storage capacity is better the most tablets out there. It is basically a few models before the surface tablets. Better than netbooks, since it comes with a DVD burner.
this is the perfect portable computer but you can also add hardware to it to make it even better. I like the size and function of this tablet computer . I travel alot so I thought this would be the perfect computer for traveling
I use this thing for EVERYTHING!!!! What I love about it more is the fact that it has a directional pad on it plus programmable buttons so I can use Nintendo, Sega, and other video game emulators right on it. The battery life on the Q1 (VIA ver) is so great I get hours and hours of play (about 8 hours on low power settings and I am using an old battery so if you get a new battery it will be more.
The memory will only go up to 1GB this is insane especially when they shipped some of these with the full gig they should have at lest made it 2GB ready.
The VIA version does not take windows 7 well since the video drivers are not supported (there are ways around this.)
Other Cons is the lack of frills like a SD card reader or stereo speakers (it has two spots for them but one is empty. plus the Hard drive is not a normal interface (same hard drive as an iPod classic) so upgrading it is expensive (I do not know if you can just pull a HD out of an iPod but I will not try it unless I get one for next to nothing)
All in all this is WELL worth it from $150 to $200 bucks used better quality and the $100 tablets out today can not hold a candle to this, tablets with android or Apple OS are only blown up phones with phone games and phone quality graphics spend the extra few bucks and get yourself a tablet or UMPC that runs a FULL OS.
