I actually have the M810 and I'm not sure what the difference is. But I love it! I never thought I'd see the day where I enjoyed a touch screen phone (that's slowly been building as I've played with my wifes Echo) let a lone a qwerty keyboard, but this phone has won me over. I'm looking forward to upgrading into the next generations this phone produces. The only problem I have with it is I'm having a hard time obtaining apps for it.

) touch screen worked well, just had to get used to it.Battery life was good and response was quick. Like the size and convenience of carryiong it around with me.

Let me start by saying I got a great deal and so It would be right to say is was worth the money I paid but not a penny more. The pluses are that is has a bright screen, it easy to use, it hasn't had any tech issues. And it had the basic features...for the most part. HOWEVER...This a major step down from other early touch devices like the 1st iphone, htc touch, and palm pre (and pixi. I came from using a blackberry curve 8330 so i thought it was time to do touch. Its crazy how much it bothers me that there is no copy, paste, or high-lighting. Its running on what I thing is Java which is a terrible source for apps. And the phone for being a high end at one point has a very s**ty internet browser. Can almost say I prefer the blackberry one. Call quality is good and i looks cool, but the internet oh gosh...
Good Features - Not too Sophisticated

We bought this phone to replace one, exactly like it, that my husband recently lost. The fact that we bought the same model phone tells you that he really likes it. It is easy to use, sturdy and good value for the money. It has nice features, but is not too sophisticated for him. He particularly enjoys the touchscreen. This is a good phone for those who desire nice features but are not techno-geeks.

decent phone for a newbie who wants a cheap basic touch screen phone

very basic touch screen i am a service tech for sprint and this phone seems to have alot of touchscreen failures and tends not to hold up very well. some have loved it but many have hated it.
