Review For: Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P7510 16GB, Wi-Fi, 10.1in - Metallic Gray
Bought this tablet for web browsing and reading word/powerpoint documents, which it excels in! I love the fast internet browsing, the light weight and thinness + battery life. The tablet is very light and convient to hold with one hand while laying in bed. What blows about this tablet is that it does not have any ports for USB, HDMI or MicroSD. It is a little pricey, but well worth it. It's like a miniature computer, except no keyboard unless you buy it separately. I dislike the camera, which makes a loud snapshot when you take a picture.. And comparing to the iPad 2, this tablet is faster in performance, lighter/thinner, cost less and easier to use. If you want a tablet that delivers performance go with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, if you want a tablet that is all name brand, go with the Apple iPad 2.
**UPDATE 4/12/12: As of today, I still use my Galaxy Tab 10.1 and I absolutely love it!! When I wake up, I check my emails and the weather with my tablet. The battery life lasts for 3 days for me until it reaches 19%; I watch one hour of streaming videos daily and I browse the web and use apps for about an average of 3-5 hours total. If you're still worried about the Galaxy Tab not having an Usb adapter or micro SD and SDHC ports, Samsung has an all in one adapter for those on Amazon for less than $10. Only con for me is that the battery takes about 7-8 hours to fully recharge, but other than that it's perfect and still up to par, if not one of the best androids in the tablet market. I can't wait until ICS 4.0 is released for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

Review For: Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P7510 16GB, Wi-Fi, 10.1in - Metallic Gray
Great device love the bright colors very egronomic and light weight. Comfortable enough to lay down and read easy on the arms, easily customized to fit your lifestyle, run. Runs very smooth without a hint of stopping, even under heavy gaming the media loads up pretty fast, and the speakers are very much surround and lively with great sound quality, the camera however can use and upgrade in the pixle department but I'm satisfied with the capture quality. Its a fun smart device that blends in to any lifestyle bit its more media oriented that office fit it does have some office tools but not enough. Battery life I can't complain on because I'm satisfied with it, others may differ. Wish it had a slot for an SD card

Purchased this Tablet after looking at the IPad 2 and have to say that I am very happy with my purchase. There was about 27 GB of memory available out of the box.
The tablet is very light (slightly lighter than the IPad 2) and can be held for hours without feeling strain. The screen is really bright and crisp & the battery life is above average.
Love the fact that the device can play Flash. I don't really use it too often, but the option is nice.
There are no HDMI, SD, or standard USB ports. Has one port that you must use a Samsung USB cable to connect to.
Uses the Android Marketplace and Google Chrome as the Web Browser.
Purchase this Tablet instead of the IPad 2 and you will be not be disappointed.

I'm a apple man and I bought the Samsung tab not only to try out but because it was different. First of all it's good to have flash player, not that it's used all the time but when needed its there.
The sceen size could be bigger (like the ipad) but for the price you pay I can understand.
iPad is easy to use and setup Samsung tab....... Yer it took me a while but I got it.
If you have music on iTunes , you need an app for that on the tab, movies not to sure how to do that yet, same with photos. The camera on the tab is not as good as iPad.
Overall it's good value nice graphics & display the battery life is very poor and I do miss the home button.

Review For: Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P7510 16GB, Wi-Fi, 10.1in - Metallic Gray
This android tablet does seem to be faster than my friend's iPad2. I like the fact that the after-market apps are becoming more numerous and the flash app works, rendering more websites fully functional.
So far, everything I use is functional, and web surfing is stable and reasonably fast.
The screen is very clear and bright. I am still working my way around the menus, so I do not have complete understanding of all of the capabilities of this unit, but if something doesn't work, I will update this review.
I think this is a very good alternative (and cheaper) than the iPad2.
