Great tablet and also using it as my phone!

I purchased the international version because I wanted to use it in the United States as a phone. I have the Galaxy Note which I enjoy using. When this device aarrived I put my ATT Sim card inside and turned it on...boom it was a phone. All my contacts loaded up from Google and I was all set. Yes, it looks crazy talking into it but I like it. You can buy a bluetooth headset for easier use if you want. It sounds great either listening or talking, no one has complained or even knows I am calling them from a tablet. The speeds are fine as I get H+ speed everywhere I go. It is not 4G compatible but wifi connections work just as fast.

For the tablet, you lose the IR in the international version but again gain the phone feature. The tablet had to be updated on-line to get Ice Cream Sandwich, it was not available in Kies as per today's date. Once installed there were no issues. The display is brilliant and the operating system smooth. I have not used the camera so I cannot comment on that. I am very pleased with the tablet/phone I just wish it wasn't so expensive but it does have a solid feel and runs flawlessly. I use it outdoors a lot and by lighting the screen 100 percent it works great. Samsung seems to drop the ball on their updates (I have the Asus t300 tablet, they upgrade quickly) but if this was to get Jellybean I am sure it would even run faster then it does now. Battery life is also great. I use it all day and when I plug it in at night it usually has 75% battery left...compared to my Note at 25% I am enjoying this. It does fit in my cargo short front pockets but if you put a case on it, it becomes difficult. But for those of you looking to use it as a phone in the U.S. all you do is pop your sim card in and your ready to roll. Keep on keeping on.

A Solid Android Tablet with and Awsome Display!!!!

I purchased the tablet because of its battery life which is excellent, getting 12+ hours and it's amazing AMOLED screen. This 7.7 tablet is an excellent build with an aluminum back, gorilla glass on front and "thin". This tablet I believe to be thinner than an Ipad. Don't let it size fool you, its a power house tablet, even the speakers sound great. The only issue I have with this tablet is Samsung's UI which tends to lag a little when swiping between screens. Overall this is an excellent tablet which is a bit pricey but remember you pay for what you get. No regrets with this purchase, it has met all my mobile computing needs and then some.

This Tablet has a fairly bright screen. 7.7 "is a good size for use in the car and the kitchen. I always use it as a navigator and as a TV, and occasionally for surfing and Skype. Battery is better than I expected: watching TV 10 hours without recharging.

Way, way too expensive, Hundreds $$ less in shops.

Ideal tablet, great screen, right size, fast, only camera could be better, it should be at least 8Mp.
