|The Samsung Galaxy S II SPH-D710 Offers Excellence in Speed and Graphics The designers of the Galaxy focused on making the most of 4G networks. Every component was designed with speed in mind, offering users the opportunity to enjoy swifter browsing, gaming, downloading, and more. This Sprint Galaxy 4G added on several additional features to make a good phone even better. A 1.2 GHz dual core processor significantly reduces lag and clocking, so movies run smoothly and websites load quickly. Users can take full advantage of everything a 4G network has to offer with a Sprint 4G Smartphone that is optimized for the 4G technology. This, coupled with the very detailed Super AMOLED Plus Screen, makes for a satisfying smartphone.|
Features of the Galaxy
The Samsung Galaxy S II SPH-D710 includes a dual core processor that works at 1.2 GHz. As a result, websites load quickly, movies run smoothly, and gaming is far more exciting. A large screen of 4.5 inches makes the Sprint 4G Smartphone special. It displays crisp visuals and better contrast. Moreover, it is no longer necessary to view the screen face-on. The viewing angle of the Galaxy makes it possible to see the same high-quality picture from the side. With that you can share features of the Galaxy, by watching a streaming movie with a friend, showing photos, exploring a website together, and more. AllShare is a content management application that gives users the ability to use all content from any registered device. For example, movies can be streamed on the phone itself, or they can be viewed on the television or a PC screen. With this Sprint Galaxy 4G, it is possible to handle phone calls, watch movies, answer emails, take photographs, shoot movies, send text messages, update social network sites, and much more.
Photos and Videos with the Samsung Galaxy 4G Smartphone
A rear facing camera produces high quality images with 8 megapixels and 1080p for photos and videos. Images are sharp, detailed, and well-lit thanks to the careful engineering of every component. The Optical zoom is up to 4x, and the camera has auto focus, special shot modes (cartoon, beauty, panorama, action) editing modes, and geo-tagging. Using a cable, the television becomes an extension of the Galaxy, so photos and movies can be displayed on the big screen.
A second 2-megapixel camera faces front, so users can enjoy video chat with their contacts. This opens up possibilities for businesses to save on travel expenses, as face-to-face conversations can be held remotely. All the camera and video features are user-friendly and intuitive, helping users at any level of technological expertise to become experts in a short span of time.
Powering the Galaxy
The Vortex BlackBattery in the Galaxy, a 3.7-volt lithium ion power source works hard, and it provides long-lasting operation of the device. The Samsung Galaxy 4G can stand-by for up to 10.5 days, and it offers continuous usage of up to 8.7 hours. It comes with docking stations and power cords suitable for wall plug-in, car travel, and air travel.
Samsung 4G Smartphone Solutions for Business
The Galaxy S II is an excellent option for businesses of any size, with value-added features at a competitive price. Through the Exchange ActiveSync application, users have access to contacts, calendars, global address lookup, and meeting scheduling tools. This phone is compatible with Microsoft Office. I was really really excited to get this phone. The technical specs on it are AMAZING! It is hands down the best phone on the market right now as far as technical specs are concerned....Then the phone FINALLY arrived...
I was a little underwhelmed. Its a great phone but nothing special. I felt like there were too many features I had no use for such as "gyro sensor calibration" and "power saver mode" which only did obvious things like dim screen brightness and turn off the wifi. This phone didnt have nearly enough of the basic features I needed such as a simple "touch screen calibration" or a standalone call log.
I probably should disclose I was switching from an HTC EVO 4g (bought last year when it first came out and sold out everywhere). I felt that the Epic Touch was requiring too many extra key presses as compared to the Evo. I couldnt just click a name in the call log and make a call. I had to click the name then a little box popped up, then I had to click okay then it would finally make the call. I think one click calling is a valuable feature this phone lacked. This may seem like a small thing but it quickly became an annoying extra step as I tried to make calls on the go. i do not like the Touch Wiz interface. I hate it. I have replaced most of the stock apps such as messenger, keyboard, dialer etc with replacement apps. I even use a home screen replacement app. Oh yea this "premium" phone has its own share of "premium" bloatware plus the standard bloatware.
The only upside about this phone is the bigger screen and great graphics. I also like the thinner profile but not the flimsy plastic housing on the back of the phone. This phone is amazingly light especially compared to the Evo. I'm scared I'm going to crush it sometimes. I actually purchased an otterbox type case for the first time ever just for this reason.
Overall, I'm not that impressed with this phone and probably would have been happier sticking with my HTC Evo knowing what I know now. I just might switch back... If you get this phone know the processor is lighting fast and the graphics are amazing. Yet, if your a phone junkie like me at the end of the day you may still feel unsatisfied. I just keep feeling it should have been better than what it was but even with my lackluster review I would still recommend this phone to a friend on the tech specs alone.
Despite being over 3 years old, the Samsung Galaxy S2 is still an amazing phone. It can be updated to Android 4.1 ICS. It's 8MP camera shoots very clear and vivid photos almost identical to the S3. It has a fast dual core processor with 1GB of RAM so it can run most apps and games available without a problem. Also, it has a very nice screen that can be very bright. The battery life is good, although with normal use I get about 6-7 hours between charges. The design and build quality is good, with the same plastic body Samsung uses on all it's phones and tablets. Overall, this is still a good phone if you want a quality smartphone for under $75. For around $50 more, you could get a Moto G which has a quad-core processor and is much newer. However, the S2 is still a great contender for a cheap smartphone that I would recommend.
This is just a dream phone. i bought this product for personal use. I like the android features about this product also the size of the phone and the 8 mega pixel camera is just awesome. My think battery life is little but other wise no problem at all. As compared to others this mobile is much better and its the best model latest one.
The phone is suppose to be top of the line, but with sprint service and the phones poor radio reception, This phone is Awful! Just look up the problems with the phone, "Loss of Signal", "Phone crashing", "No reception". They finally came out with ICS update and sent that via wifi, almost half the phones started crashing, the battery life because even more horrible. My apps keep crashing, mostly facebook and skyfire or any other internet browser I've tried to use. Definitely don't go with this phone 1st if you don't live in a large city where every area has excellent reception (adequate radio towers) and 2nd if you have a choice of another dual core phone. Its just luck of the apples with this phone and if you get a bad one, It's more than likely a problem they won't address or even try to fix. Just look up all the reviews on google.
I bought this phone in white color about two month ago and it's been one of the best small phone-computer pocket device I had experience recently, since I've tried other devices in the stores, I strongly belive this is one of the few best in the market, very fast dual core procesor, excellent camera both video and still, perfect screen size 4.52", excellent vivid colors, superior speaker, battery is ok. many more features, and would be better depending of the signal quality of you phone service provider you have. Yes I would recommend the GS2 to a friend.
