A bargain priced bow that shoots like a high end model.

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I've been making my own bows for many years. Mostly out of Red Oak because it is easy to get. Occasionally I would purchase more suitable wood through ebay and build a really nice bow that would last awhile. I really wanted a well made take down recurve, but could never afford a new one. Until I found the Samick Sage on ebay. I read all the reviews and decided to buy one. The price was not much more than what I would spend to build my own. The bow is fantastic. Well made, quality craftsmanship. I'm shooting a 40 pound bow with a Fastflight string. It's a little noisy with this string, but for target shooting it's not a problem. I shoot mostly instictive aim, and this bow is right on. Smooth draw, surprising arrow speed, and extremely accurate. Tight groups at 20 to 25 yards. At 30 to 40 yards my accuracy suffers a little, my fault. But the bow shoots that distance without any problem. I bought a cheap recurve sight so I could shoot olympic style, and so far I've had decent results all the way out to 50 yards. And that's with arrows I bought at WalMart. I shoot every day, and thinking about buying a set of 45 pound limbs. I doubt there is a better bow for the money. One of the best purchases I ever made. The only negative I can think of is the string that came with the bow was way too long, and required many many twists to get the correct brace height. This bow shoots best with a brace of 8 to 9 inches. And I put some rubber strips between the limbs and the riser. Much quieter, and less vibration. If you're thinking about trying a recurve bow, buy the Samick Sage. At $129 total price, you won't be disappointed.

Samick Sage Recurve is a 10.

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I just love this bow. I have 2 compounds that I haven't shot since I got the Samick. I added a Flemish Fast Flight string, brush buttons, and a No Glove and it is super fast and super quiet. I am shooting Beman ICS Bowhunter 400 carbon arrows and Zwickey Eskilite broadheads and they fly like darts. This bow takes down and goes together quickly (make sure you use a bow stringer), everything says much higher quality than the price. I plan on hunting with it this fall, and I am ordering some bowfishing gear to use this summer. I bought it for the price, love it for the simple good looks, and recommend it for the quality and shootability. This bow will make many converts to traditional archery.

Very good bow to look at and shoot,

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Bought a Samick sage T/D recurve 62 inch, 45lb bow for my son for Christmas. We took it out of the box and all we did was put a nock and a bear hair rest (This bow is 3/16th off center shot, you will have to build out the side plate of the arrow rest 3/16th of an inch to put it on center, if you shoot off the shelf). He is 24 and has just started shooting recurve bows, I've been shooting for some time. Right from the box to this bow shot great ! smooth to pull back, stacked nice, I was really impressed, But I will still take my Fred Bear recurves over most bows. I would have to say the samick sage is worth it, looks, feels and shoots very good.

Best shooter for the money you can buy, I love it

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I purchased this bow because I shoot archery 3-D shoots and needed a lesser poundage bow than what I had, also didn't want to invest in a custom bow. I have to admit I was surprised how well it shot, it is tillered for split fingers, but I have been shooting it 3 under and it does great, I like the bow, the finish is about the same as a Bear Super Kodiak, no great finish, looks like it was barely sprayed, but guess that is how lots of them look nowadays, was a very noisy bow with the string that came with it, I had to get a flemish string and string silencers put on it and is quiet now, this bow is well worth the 129.00 I gave for it. Best bang for your buck

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I purchase this bow for my girlfriend who is just getting into archery. This and the Greatree bows at $150 are pretty much the best bang for you buck if you are a beginner.

The bow went together very quick out of the box and was super easy to put together.

The only con that I can think of is that the finish on the handle has a few imperfections but this was expected on a great bow that you only pay $150 for.

I would recommend this to a friend
