You can't go wrong buying this michine

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I bought a Saeco Vienna deluxe about eight years ago, and it just started to have problems. I am a fix it kind of guy so I had ordered some parts for it, a grander assembley, and a pump. Not bad for everyday use by four people for eight years. It makes the best tasting coffee bar none. It grinds the beans (more on beans later); You can't use ground coffee you must use beans. It then lightly tampers the ground beans in Saeco’s patented brew assembly which is easily removable for cleaning. I wash it out in soppy water in the sink about once a week. You can buy a brew group key for around $9.99 it doesn’t come with most models and about every 90 days take the brew group screens out and really clean them; the holes in them are the size of a needle. And that’s how easy it is to care for. There are two knobs in the bean hopper, one to adjust the grind of the bean from fine to coarse depending on personal taste and the beans you are using. This adjustment must be made while the grinder is working. The other knob is a water adjustment to fine tune the water as it is pressed though the grounds. It also has an adjustment knob right on the front to dispense the amount of water put in the cup. That way you can go from a cappuccino to a regular cup of coffee with a turn of the knob. It will deliver a personal cup of coffee for each person that knows how to use it. And when guest are over just ask them how they like their coffee and adjust it to their taste. I did buy a new Vienna Plus which is basically a newer model of the Deluxe. Gave the one I fixed to my daughter for the next eight years. I know when you are shopping these can seem a little pricey but how many $30.00 to $50.00 coffee pots can one go through in eight years? It’s easy to maintain, very well made, and delivers a great cup of coffee in any form. I will always own one. It is one of my simple pleasures in life. Now a little about beans vs. ground coffee; The F.D.A. regulations allow coffee producers to sell ground coffee that has to be at least 70% coffee by weight. It makes one wonder what might be in the other 30%,ground bugs, rodent excrement, and stems may be just a few things. I haven’t drank ground coffee for years. No one can go wrong with this machine.

Great product! Great value for this purchase!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Makes great expresso with the touch of a button. I have saved the amount it cost to purchase the machine by using it instead of a trip to my local coffee house everyday.

Great

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Machine is fabulous. Easy to clean, slight learning curve. Perfect for 1-2 people. Time consuming if you are trying to accomodate company though! Keep the regular pot on hand if you are going to have people come visit.

12 years, over 25,000 cycles, and still tickin!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

An excellent machine that makes excellent coffee/expresso/demitasse/cappucino. Requires minimal upkeep...ordered a few replacement o-rings and parts directly from Saeco over a 12 year period. Used daily!!! Will definitely buy another if this ever fails.
