"Retribution" - much of what made Resistance FOM great

I've played all three 'Resistance' titles, and this is my second favorite, behind the orignal Resistance: Fall of Man. Here are some pluses and minuses of this great game.

The Good:
Interesting story and "secrets" to find.
Nice selection of weapons.
Some great combat moments.
A nice mix of easier moments and really challenging ones.
The wonderful English lady narrator is back! (Love her voice).
Auto-targeting is a great asset to gameplay.
Nice variety of options for online play.
Great option to "link" the PSP game to the PS3's "Resistance 2" game.

The Not-so-Good:
The lack of a second joystick for looking up/down/left/right is really challenging at times during battle. Can be disorienting and/or make the battle harder to win than necessary.
Graphics aren't that great if you use the PSP's optional output to a larger display (which I did).
Some of the latter levels can get to seem overly long if you're struggling with the higher difficulty levels.
Most of the Titans are actually too easy to defeat.
Found myself inadvertently pressing the "Home" button far too often while trying to activate some of the functions, especially during some weapon option selections.

Resistence : Retribution

The game takes little while to get the hang of but when you do the game play is exciting.I like the fact that it is not a 1 day play type of game.I have no real problems with the game just the PSP itself. If you play the game for at least 1 hour you fingers start to feel tired from some of the movements.I purchased this game because it was recommended by my friends.

WOW this game is pretty sick i just got my game in been playing it only line and just doing that was really fun a lot of people online so you can get your game on!
Multiplayer is very fun if you have a Mic or and PSP 3000 you can use you mic built in and talk in game and game room with the people your going to game with you can also chat in lobby not with mic but you can use the PSP texting how you would enter in a url its very fast once you get the hang of it you can add people to! Game Play is very smooth controls are better then Medal of Honor Heroes 2 cause you can make it more sensitive for turning you can have auto aim or free mode you can invert settings if you like you can change sound setting to if you want to you get a lot of options even gamma control to change the contrast which is pretty sick! Single player is also very good very smooth and really run to play on! Hope this helps out any one who is planing on buying this game!! HOPE TO SEE YOU ON!!

An Great game to play all the time!

One it is a first person shooter game. I as a guy love combat video games. I feel it takes stress out of my day. I also loved the price I paid for it. It was a value buy with free shipping. This game sold at a higher price in retail stores. If you loved the PS3 Fall of man video game you will love this PSP game.

Resistence Retribution

Awesome Game, Longer than most psp games. Tons of action. Awesome Graphics.
Fun. Fun. Fun. A great story to follow and an interesting challenge to navigate. This game features 1st person shooting action mixed with many weapons and a challenging set of worlds. Save the World, if you can!!!
