This flim is great for WW II buffs and it has great graphic shots but not all flims are perfect as historic facts as some parts are left out in the flim ( types of aircrafts that was used in this flim) but I highly recommended this flim to watch because it showed the real Americans Heros from WW II. If they just could blend the other flim with Tuskage airmen with Red Tails then I would rate it excllence flim. This flim would gives you goose bumps and it kind of reminded me of another flim " Glory" I love it! Everyone has different opinions about the flims but it is important to understands what the African-Americans have gone through depsite racism. It made them become better pilots or soldiers because they wanted to proved themshelves. I saltued them and thank them for serving for our country and it an honor to have them in our military. I highly recommend to see Tuskage Airmen if you likes WW II flims.
I ordered this DVD, Red Tails at the end of August 2012. Today is October 4, 2012. This DVD about the black air flyers of World War 2 would have been a gift for my husband. It is with great sadness that I have not received this DVD as to this date. It was paid for with Pay Pal. As I am always at home, it did not come. I am shocked and aghast at the unmitigated gall of being CHeated out of my $ money. I will not be purchasing this.
the tuskegee airmen true story, couldn`t be better, a must to see, great value all around, great scenes
This is a movie that is not only an entertainment experience it is a history lesson! Really great special effects, I am sure it is not a movie for every-one but for the people who enjoy this type of movie it is great! Like the movie Glory it shows how the black man has been an important part of American history, when given the chance.
Good movie. Enjoyed it. Good action scenes and good story line. A very important movie. A well told historical drama with great acting.
