This collection is awesome. A three part series then a 4th DVD that is the Sequel all in one package! A nice collection with Robson Green and he plays the part! A great mini british series of a love triangle between 2 men and a woman. Ever since I first saw this, I was captivated because it wasn't like anything that I've ever seen in American television.
You will not be disappointed! Great drama!

When replacing old VHS tapes with favorite DVD movies, Reckless was at the top of my list.
Reckless is a beautiful, British love story with brilliant actors Robsen Green (young doctor) and Francesca Annis. (older woman)
This movie mixes frantic with funny, serious with sensual (parts will make you blush)and will have you buying the sequel which is as good as part I.
I would use English captioning while viewing.(some brogue is difficult)
Reckless/Reckless II are highly recommended DVDs!
I am a big fan of Robson Green, Michael Kitchen and rest of cast. Funny and sexy story. One of the best contemporary PBS movies. I would also recommend Robson Green in Wire in the Blood and Michael Kitchen in Foyles War.
I had the video tape of this fantastic Masterpiece Theater. It is funny, smart, sad, romantic, you can't help but laugh outloud. I think it is a gem of Masterpiece history and I was very happy to get it in perfect condition and in a very timely manner.

Excellent romantic story with lots of drama. Good quality acting from all players.
The character studies were great, Robson Green and Michael Kitchen particularly so.
There is still hope for May to September romance although we never know how it will turn out until the sequel's end.
