Mary Higgins Clark does it again!

I bought this book because I love Mary Higgins Clark. I was hooked after reading the first one I purchased, A CRY IN THE NIGHT. I have read several of her books since then and I've never been disappointed. All of her books are full of suspense and very hard to put down.
This book was about Lacey Farrell a real estate agent who witnesses the murder of Isabell Landi. Isabell was murdered in her daughter Heather's apartment, which Lacey was trying to sell. Heather's death was considered an accident, however Isabell doesn't believe so and when she finds Heather's diary she realizes she is on to something...She is murdered by a mobster who wants to keep the truth hidden. Lacey Farrell walks into the apartment to meet Isabell just as a gunshot rings out..she hides in the closet and sees a man she had just shown the apartment run out with a gun. She locks the door behind him, but she sees him and he sees her. Isabell's dying wish is that Lacey copy the diary for herself and give the other to Heather's father. When Lacey is almost murdered as the killer tries to keep her from identifying him, she is put in the witness protection program where she uncovers even more evidence of who has been involved with Heather and who is really resposible for her death!

great book!

Book was amazing! one of clark's best! very interesting plot with extremely interesting details about the witness protection program! When reading I really felt the main character's emotions; fear, happiness,sadness, regret, guilt. I would highly reccomend this book to any reader especially Clark fans!

If you love Mary Higgins Clark this is one you dont want to miss !!!! very good . A keep you up all night till you read the last word book :)

Anything written by Mary Higgins Clark is always interesting. I read this book in 3 days, I couldn't put it down.
