Sure this book does have a little bit of good info but not enough to make it a worthwhile read let alone spending $20 to buy it! I have about 10 real estate books on my bookshelves and I'd have to say this is probably the worst one of the group. Mostly the author talks about some of the bad deals he has had over the years had hopes someone will listen to his story and give him some sympathy.
If you are looking for a no B.S. pre-foreclosure book you'll need to look elsewhere because this book will not make you happy. Maybe if you get this book as a gift or something I would skim it over and read the chapter summaries but don't waste much time on it.
This book is excellent, because it is detailed throughout, instructions are easy to understand and actually do. The author provides samples, information that you would probably would have to pay a lot of money taking classes to learn. The author is candid and down to earth!
I have bought several books on foreclosure investments, and this is by far the best one yet. This book gives an extremely realistic perspective on foreclosure investments and the info. you need to further research what he discusses in the book. I highly recommend for anyone interested in pursuing foreclosure investing.
This Book is OFFICIAL. Dont buy any other book if you are looking to learn about foreclosures. This book literally has everything you need to know about foreclosure investing. It was a quick read for me and very thorough. I am using it now to get my new career started.
I love all the examples this book gives you long with the blank forms that you can adjust to your liking. This book covers everything you need to know from start to finish. Just like any other book, you get out of it what you put into it. I bought this book less than a month ago and already have 2 deals pending.
