For collectors it's OK. But I prefer playing Mystery Dungeon instead this.

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Become the Pokémon Dash Grand Prix Champion!
Make tracks as you put Pikachu through its paces around the course. Race against the clock and other Pokémon rivals passing the checkpoints as you head toward the goal. Fast-Action Fun!
Race your rivals! - You can race as Pikachu in a whole new way using the stylus slide-action to reach the goal in record time. Don't be beaten by your rivals!
Meet Munchlax! - It's a mad dash racing against rival Pokémon. Don't be surprised when you run across an unfamiliar face. Meet Munchlax, the pre-evolved form of Snorlax.

A shortly lived and lightly developed game. Fun, but lacking playability.

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Pokemon dash is a unique spin off the traditional games. It involves forcing a poor pikachu to race against other Pokemon in a life or death competition.

Sadly, the game doesn't allow you to change characters; this is somewhat remedied by the unlockable tracks, however, the problem persists.

It is clear that this game was developed with very little effort, as a way of introducing the Pokemon franchise into the then new DS system. I only wish they had spent some actual money and time on it. The possibilities are vast as to a racing-based spin-off, and this game seems an underachievement.

However, it has its fun points, and as a die-hard lethal-weapon Pokemon fan, I was eager to add it to my collection.

I give it three out of five, along with some suggestions for additions that would make this game (or possibly a sequel), more enjoyable.

    1. Multiple playable characters. This would allow for the development of individual powers and racing characteristics and in short, make the game more technical.

    2. A series of racing mini-games that detour from the original format. This would give the player a break from the tedious scraping of the stylus, and open many more marketing doors.

    3. A way to unlock features in the game. This is the chief deficiency of Pokemon Dash. It lacks what all other Pokemon games have - that is internal development. A way to unlock characters, abilities, and some added battle concepts would remedy this unfortunate situation.

    With all sincerity,

    -Henry Moursund

    Unique Pokemon Racing Game

This is a fun Pokemon game that is a lot different from the other Pokemon games. In this game you are Pikachu and using the stylus on the DS touch screen you race against other Pokemon. There are a variety of different maps you race through requiring you to run, fly, and ride Lapras. This game is one of the easiest Pokemon games making it fun for young kids. I love it because it is an unique racing game and although somewhat easy it can also be challenging.

    Pokeman Dash

I bought this game for my daughter for her birthday. She likes it because the player is able to compete against other Pokemon characters. She thinks Pikachu is cute and she loves racing games.

    Great game

Best pokemon racing game. Fun to play. It is the only racing pokemon game. You can race against other people who have the game through wireless or by yourself against other pokemon. Kept my attention and is fun seeing the different pokemon run.
