Incredible Vehicle Receiver and a Great Value!

Everything about this sophisticated Pioneer DEH-6300UB makes this a fantastic purchase. I purchased this after my old head unit stopped working and it blows the previous one out of the water. I was aware prior to my purchase that it did not have a bluetooth feature or a rear USB input, but the massive amounts of positives overwhelmingly outweighed the slight negatives. It was extremely easy to install, which makes it even better! This head unit has everything from iPhone compatibility to a CD player that plays CD-R and CD-RW as well as sound from video files, which was not listed in the user manual as one of the capabilities. The overall look is very nice in my vehicle, it fits perfectly, and the remote is a great addition. The LCD screen is bright and can display a multitude of colors, which you can personalize! The unit has the capability to display a variety of text from iPhones, iPods, and CDs. Also,the album name, artist name, song name, or station name are also able to be displayed. The sound is superb and the affordable price made this a great investment...definitely money very well spent!

You can also use the front mount USB port with a USB drive for direct playback of MP3, WMA, or WAV the audio files. The DEH-6300UB also has an AUX input on the front.
The DEH-6300UB alowws for color customization with over 210,000 colors so that you can match your dash illumination or just make a personal statement.
The DEH-6300UB has a peak output of 50Watts x 4 and a continuas 14Watts x 4 allowing for great sound in most mobile applications. The DEH-6300UB has two 2.2 volt preamp outputs for expandability. The DEH-6300UB also has the ability to use the rear audio channel as a subwoofer output as well as a full frequency output.
The DEH-6300UB has many other great features such as iTunes tagging and the ability to thumbs up or thumbs down for Pandora. All in all I would recommend this radio to anyone who wants to realize the full potential of there music on the go.

Overall this is an excellent product for the price. Plenty of adjustability for those who want it and the ability to use preset eq settings for those who wish to plug and play. The front USB is very convenient. The deck can also isolate music files from non music files and filter those out while allowing you to completely control the input device from the unit. (tested with a smart phone) It also allows you to search through your folders on your usb device with several different parameters to make finding a song easier.
The only downsides I see to this unit are.
1. there are two outputs on the back one that can be switched between sub and rear and a front. It would be nice if there were three.
2. The joystick master control could be a little difficult to use while driving.
3. the preset numbers are unnecessary because you can scroll through presets with the joystick right beside them.
4. Not XM ready.

This unit surpassed my expectations and to be honest I had high expectations for it to begin with.
