|This steel club head Ping Tour Wedge Golf Club has small bare offset heads that offer lower handicappers easy placement and accuracy around the greens. The sharp face of the Ping Tour Wedge Golf Club rolls bite into the ball, spiraling and stopping it faster come rain or shine. However, the center of gravity of this steel club head is positioned slightly higher for a boring shot trajectory. Overall, this great feeling wedge is very accurate for distance and control; perfect for all middle and low handicappers. Undoubtedly, this Ping Tour Wedge Golf Club is easy to hit and very playable at the same time.|

The balance and feel of this club made me put my Cleveland wedges on the shelf (soon to be up for sale). The design of the bounce makes it very easy to open the face on tight lies and working the ball out of the bunker was great. The thin top line was very attractive and when the club head was set on the ground it rested in line with the target line. The grooves in the club face made the ball dance on the green when called for. A great club that I would recommend to anyone looking to improve there short game.
I have used forged irons and wedges for the past 7 years and loved them. I liked the Crack you felt when you hit it on the button. I recently went to all Ping clubs including this Ping Tour 52* wedge. After playing with it I've forgotten how soft and smooth Ping clubs are. I loved the way it felt and how I could control the ball. I was able to produce high soft shots along with the low spinner that hops one time and stops. I really like how this wedge dampens the impact of the golf ball. I feel like I have better control with it than the forged wedges I had pervious. I would recommend this wedge to anyone High or low handicap.
I have played them all, and to be honest I didnt want to like this wedge. I usually play all titleist clubs ,but after trying everything they offer (titleist) and trying everything everyone else offers(cleveland(second best), Mizuno, callaway, sonartec, etc). I keep coming back to this wedge. they stick on the green, no they dont spin back or roll(unless I make them), they stick like velcro, which to me is what a wedge should do. You cant read the green from 100 yards out so aim the club, hit the shot and it sticks where it hit. My divots are usually only a foot away from the ball when I get to the green,Its almost like someone dropped the ball straight from the sky, now Thats control. I have the 52,56 and 60 and they all perform perfectly. In the past, I've found it hard to have every wedge in the set perform and feel the way I like, but with this set, I have it all. Great feel on chips, awesome control on pitches, the best wedge ever out of the sand, easy flop shots with great distance control and deadly accurate on approach with the 52 (gap) thank you ping...... And oh yeah, Ping has the best customer service in the industry, bar none !
I bought a set of Ping S59's and liked them so well I decided to buy a gap wedge to continue the same feel. I can't honestly say that they are the best I have tried, but I can say they are in the top three. These are not forged, so the feel is not quite as good, but very close. I wanted a wedge that I could control the spin, and the Ping tour wedge does exactly that. No more skinned up balls, and much more forgiveness on that rare "missed" shot. This is exactly the wedge I was looking for.
