| The stylish Ping Rapture V2 golf club delivers on performance with its 450 cc titanium club head. The driver head is integrated with the tungsten weight pads that are located at the stern of the heel and toe. The tungsten pads on this golf club lower the Centre of Gravity to achieve low spin and high loft. The Ping Rapture V2with titanium club head provides accurate shots that cover greater distance with its High Moment of Inertia. The Ping Rapture V2 ensures optimum performance - thanks to its taller face, narrowed crown and dual rapture configuration. | |

I feal that the chance, I have to take now. Is that the Shaft is 46" long. I get sufficiant club head speed with a 9* loft to get the ball up. I've started
playing my shots the way Tiger teaches. He plays all his shots in a 3 golfball
in a row, one in center and one back and one forward. I've been use to playing
a driver off my left heel. This has proven to be incosistent for my game. 10.5*
will provide near the same loft by playing the ball one ball forward of center.
I am tring to hit the ball were I want to hit it. More loft more control in a
fade or draw.

I am a relative new golfer (6months). Had major issues with driver (was using ping g10 Draw biad 10.5). When my shaft broke the golf rpo talked me into try the Rapture V2. On the monitor, my spin rate slower, launch angle better and distance >25yards more then any other driver i tries (including G10, G15, Callaway Ftix, and FT9).
Bought it on ebay-- duplicated the results on the course 14/18 fairways in regulation off the tee-- >250yrd average drive-- net resutl I broke 100 fro the first time
highly reccomended!!
I recently won this driver and with Golf equipment constantly changing, it is hard to find something to really complete and help you game while still keeping up with the trends. The very underrated and in my opinion, overlooked Rapture V2 Driver, it combines many of the features you find on different drivers into one. The weighting in great with rear tungsten weights on both sides to promote a penetrating and long flight. The shape is different and I think more pleasing to hit and look at compared to the previous models like the Rapture and G2, G5. Overall, this driver has not gotten the respect it deserves and neither has Ping. Fanstastic Driver!
I've owned all Ping drivers since the G5 and numerous other brands in the past few years. The Rapture V2 is the one in my bag. The sound and feel are incredible. The head shape is classic, and I love the look of the green and tungsten on the sole. As with all Ping drivers past and present, distance is very good. I would not recommend the V2 for the hacker, b/c there are straighter drivers in the market. Overall a very satisfying driver.
Ping Rapture V2 is the best driver in golf added 2o yards to drive to a sixty year old golfer with a 7 handicap would recomment this driver to all gofers. Played Ping equipment for 30 years best quality and best material last for a long time.
