About the Manufacturer
Engineer and inventor Karsten Solheim got his start as an engineer working for GE in Ithaca, New York. His passion for the game set him on a journey to create a better putter. At the time he thought he was simply building it for his own personal use, but in 1959, Karsten’s ongoing garage experiments yielded an innovative putter he called 1A design. This putter had very distinctive design qualities, among them, a unique tone at impact, a sound that would echo throughout the game for generations to come…“Ping.” The Anser putter began a long and proud history of truly innovative equipment design throughout Ping’s entire product line (ultimately resulting in over 400 patents) that has set Ping at the top of the list of golf design and manufacturing companies. The company is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Karsten Solheim has passed away and his son John has taken the helm.

Ping G15 3 wood

) I had just finished buying the Ping G15 iron set, and hybrid. I didnt think I needed a 3 wood since I had the hybrid. After playing 2 rounds of golf, I was falling short on the par 5 with the hybrid. As soon as I got home I looked on ebay and found this 3 wood, that was pretty much brand new. Now when I go golf I feel much more confident, because now I have the clubs for any shot.

) Bought this 4 wood after reading numerous reviews in different golf magazines. This club is hot. I'm hitting
it better than my 3 wood which has been retired. Highly recommend and would purchase other Ping G15 fairway woods.

) I've owned fairway woods from Callaway, TaylorMade, Nike, and now Ping. The G15 is by far the best fairway metal I've played. Very easy to hit, gets the ball in the air easily, looks great at setup, very forgiving, very long, and makes the perfect "ping" sound when you hit it flush. Not to mention it's great off the tee if you have to hit a narrow fairway. Without a doubt this is the best 3-wood I've ever played.

I bought this club to replace a Ping Rapture hybrid that I had in my bag. I liked this club because the head is larger than the Hybrid making a larger sweet spot on which to strike the ball. My other fairway woods are Ping K 15's and my irons are Ping G 15's. I like the construction and the play ability of the Ping club and would never consider another brand.
Good looking club and easy to hit.

The Ping G15 7 wood is a very good club. It has a smaller head then most fairway woods and therefore is easier for me to strike the ball.
