Works for me

I'm middle-aged, have normal to dry fair skin, live in a hot, semi-arid climate, and spend a lot of time outdoors. My skin tends to be sensitive to ingredients in some product lines, but not Philosophy, so I've stuck with it. This is my year-round 2x daily moisturizer. Leaves skin soft & supple, not oily or sticky. (Have also tried their 'Miracle Worker' moisturizer, but it has too much oil for my skin.) Hope In A Jar (99% oil-free) under a primer is the best base I've found for my oil-free SPF15 liquid foundation. Amazingly, this combination stays nice & fresh even after several hours in the midday heat.

Most Wonderful Product I Have Ever Used!

First time I have used this product.....better than expected results! A little goes a loooooong way. Smooth & light texture, super-powered moisture cream; not irritating to the skin or overpowering; absorbes well. I have sensitive, thin yet tough skin due to medication useage over the years....this little jar takes care of all my problems. I use Miracle Worker at nighttime as a compliment along with the Purity wipes...what a combo!

Philosophy Hope in a Jar

Philosophy's "Hope in a Jar" was recommended to me by a female friend. I have dry skin and sun damage issues. I started using this product and my facial skin conditions were dramatically remedied so, I keep buying it! No dislikes on this item.

Fantastic face cream from a great company at Ebay prices - can't be be

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

This is the best face cream - for night and day - that I have ever used. It is light, not greasy, but still keeps my skin soft and glowing. The only thing I disliked was the price - even on tv shopping shows; now I can get a better price on Ebay, and I take full advantage of it.

Oprah is right, hope in a jar is really pretty good

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I bought this because it was touted as a "cult classic" in the skin care industry and has some exfoliating benefits. I bought the 4 oz mega jar and really do like it. It feels nice and with the large size jar and great price I got on ebay I don't feel guilty about using it on my neck as well. Good moisturizer is hard to find.
